I very rarely order here but the workers are always wonderful when I do so this is not for them but for the manager who was just in there may 28, 2025 at 3:35 I was ordering a taco for each of my kids and I with coupons my kids had gotten when he came over and interrupted telling me and the employee I can’t do that I can only use one at a time but let me This time which fine bye then he proceeds to ask me where I even got those coupons like are you kidding me ? My children got them at a children’s event . Leave your employees alone for just giving my children their free tacos dude . Gross !

Every single time I come here especially when I work nights it takes forever to get my food, I can’t at 10:30 and left the drive thru at 11 and I placed a mobile pickup which they didn’t start making my food till I got there. It’s ridiculous. This has been going on for months

Placed a mobile order at 603pm. Arrived there and went inside at 635pm (gave them extra time because they always take an extremely long time) and they hadn't even started my order. Then it took them 25 mins to make it. This is how it's been for a few years although usually it takes 40 mins, not an hour, for a mobile pickup to be ready. There was no beef on the beef nachos.

Hands down the best taco bell I've ever been to. I mean, it's a taco bell and still I felt compelled to leave a review, the food was that superior to anything I've had in the past. The cantina chicken burrito I had was the size of a Chipotle burrito! The tomatoes tasted like tomatoes! My friend's chalupa was freshly fried and overflowing with crispy lettuce. I know I probably sound crazy but dang, great job guys.
I got a Crunchwrap tonight that smelled bad, couldn’t eat it because of the funny smell inside it. Weird smell ewwww

Service was Horrible. Claim they are short staffed and there was multiple people standing there doing nothing. Waited around 45 min and multiple people who ordered after us got served before us.
