My first time experiencing the new AI system making my order. Was awful this place already makes mistakes on orders and this made it worse. Last time I use any Wendys.

Flies were definitely on the menu. The food was average at best. I definitely wouldn't stop by here to eat again. I hate flies around food.

Terribly awful food!! No care in the world cold burgers and old fries! Got it refunded back to my card. Forget these fast food restaurants nowadays..when I thought that I give it a try after quitting for a while it proves my point on why I quit eating that crap

Went through the drive thru tonight. Wendy’s has went to an AI system, this was very confusing to us, we were not able to special order our sandwiches. I did not get to double check our order until I got to the pickup window. Once we got to the window we had to void the order and start over with the employees. The employees were very kind, understanding, courteous and very accommodating. They were also very frustrated, I am sure most customers were not as understanding and patient as others. What I would like to see next time is a way to check our order and be able to make changes before we get to the window. Koddus to the management and the employees of the Buckeye Lake Wendy’s for embracing this change and trying to make the best of a frustrating situation. We will go back and hope to see positive changes in the AI system.

Got part of the order wrong and I was disappointed since I went inside to hope they would get it right but instead I got a trainee and the manager left her to figure it out

I went through the drive through and ordered a meal, large size with a sweet tea. I get to the window and the girl tried to hand me a medium tea. I politely said that should be a large. Girl at window said on, handed it to the lady behind her with no teeth, lady with no teeth took a large cup, filled it with ice then dumped the medium tea into the cut. There was still 1/4 a cup of tea left in the medium. I said to the nice girl at window I should have just keep the medium tea? Girl with no teeth starts arguing with me about how much ice should be in the cup…. Guess I won’t be back to this Wendy’s 👍🏻
