Messed up our order. We both got burgers asked for no mayo, both came with mayo. Don't know if it was the automated AI taking our order or the kids not caring. Wendy's is going down hill fast. This store consistently gets orders wrong. Maybe they need a manager who cares.

The own manager was being rude and hostile to me and my mother also, my brother, my mom asked several times to not put cheese on her sandwich. They put triple cheese, and my mother said hello at the speaker because he did not say wait before that in a loud tone he said it’s only three of us here we had to wait 15 minutes at the speaker And Lord knows how long that we had to wait for him to open up the window Do not waste your time coming here he even forgot her drink until she had to remind him at the window.

Fries were good so they got a star for that and the drink. I ordered a crispy chicken ranch wrap . I got a grilled chicken wrap with wilted lettuce that was brown around the edges.
Everything was clean and the girl who took our order, Brejean/breshawn(?), was so nice even though we had a mess of an order she stayed patient and kind throughout all of it and got everything right. Awesome worker!!
