Went through the drive thru tonight. Wendy’s has went to an AI system, this was very confusing to us, we were not able to special order our sandwiches. I did not get to double check our order until I got to the pickup window. Once we got to the window we had to void the order and start over with the employees. The employees were very kind, understanding, courteous and very accommodating. They were also very frustrated, I am sure most customers were not as understanding and patient...

Food was fine, but employees seemed like they were prisoners. No Hello or smiles. I am a sales manager so I notice these things. “I have seen happier faces on an iodine bottle” - Rodney Dangerfield. Maybe just a bad day. I am glad the food good.

The last time I had visited, it was less than stellar. A complete crew change later and everything has improved. Thank you for the hard work!

Parking: Convenient location next to 70 and 79

Kid-friendliness: Children should remain with their group, as fast food places are not safe for children on their own.
