My biggest complaint is why does the app let you order, and Google says they're open at 5am on Tuesday but yet I've been sitting in the drive thru for almost ten minutes with no answer. I would have left already but idk how to get a refund from the app?
My family goes to this McDonald's every year, on our way to Lakeside, OH for vacation. And every time we come, the service is great, the foods how you want it, and there's no wait for anything.
There was no one at first window so I drove up to second window and was scolded for not paying at the first window my niece was in the back seat and is 7 yrs old says aunt pam that lady was very rude to you she's just not nice ! Maybe they could be nicer if working with the public
