Not loyal to their customers, rather see them walk out rather than fix the problem.
Info to any future guests , you can’t order nachos & ask for no liquid cheese because they will burn ! Even tho we have been to this establishment for many years & ordered nachos with no liquid cheese or onions but today we are told they can’t & wont be made that way ! We requested only shredded cheese but manager made it known it shouldn’t be done that way . Paid for my beer & left …. Thanks for accommodating our request . Delicious bbq, great chicken cheese fries and pretzel bites. excellent sauces. Highly recommended.

Old 30 BBQ in Bucyrus, OH is a great family place with a great atmosphere and amazing employees. The food comes out in a short wait with very good quality and taste. The sampler includes amazing brisket and pulled pork, plus juicy and tasty turkey. The cornbread is moist and delicious, and the beans have brisket mixed in. The best beer cheese is a must-try, and the Meat Sliders with pork, turkey, and chicken are delicious and juicy. The buffalo tots are amazing. A group of about 15 guests was accommodated in the side room area; the food took about 30-40 minutes but every last bite was enjoyed. The sweet waitress was adorable and couldn't have been better. This place is awesome, and guests definitely plan to return.
