Now I know why it's been a month since I ordered from this Pizza Hut. Order 25 minutes late. Breadsticks cold, didn't get my 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. My pepperoni personal pan wasn't even cooked, raw pepperoni. Asked for banana peppers, got like 2 of those and like 3 slices of pepperoni. $23.00 for nothing.
We put in a to go order at 5pm to b delivered at 6:45. 7:15 came around and still nothing so I called to see what was going on even though we had been receiving texts that our order was on the way.
They came back on the phone and told me they had several orders messed up and ours was one of them but they could make the food for us and get it delivered ASAP. Nothing about getting the food for free since we waited so long nothing about a percentage off by this time it was 7:25....read full review
