My pizza is always great from here. Delivery is fast and friendly. Reminds me of the old school pizza hut flavor. It's hard to find anymore, but they still got it here.

I hate doing these things but we had an order and it arrived cold. I called and had a great talk with a manager and she she our order out again. It was still cold. I have a picture holding out TWO slices of thin crust pieces. In these times I understand that staff is shortened but you do what you need to do to keep integrity. Pizza Hut lost a customer.
This is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. It's delicious.

We ordered a family box tonight..Well when my daughter picked up our family box and had to wait because our order was messed up..and the cashier would not give her the food until our order was right .BUT when she finally got home The cheese bread sticks weren't completely cut through Also the cheese on the pizza legit tasted the onions..It definitely wasn't that great and I've ordered from there before but this time wasn't good at all

Skimpy on the toppings considering they're one of the most expensive chain pizza places out there. My latest large pizza was extremely lacking on all 3 toppings, especially the bacon and olives.

Every time I order from Bucyrus Pizza Hut in the evenings my order is always messed up or I have to wait. Last night my order was number 47 and I ordered around 5:40 p.m. I ordered the pizza mekt and the fries( the big box) and when I got the pizza melt it was almost burnt in the french fries were almost burnt and this is the second time I've ordered on second shift I usually order in the mornings but I was on second shift last night but then I had to wait and also I had to wait at the drive-thru window 5 to 8 minutes when the same person kept walking back and forth in front of the window and not looking over. I probably will not order on evenings again and I will make sure my I let my friends know my experience with the evening Pizza Hut
