they do not practice safe kitchen protocols
Just went through the drive thru ( not the first time this has happened) the blonde ( young looking lady ) was so rude and disrespectful! Definitely will not be going back to this Wendy’s because of her! I rather drive 30 min’s to Wooster! She seems to always be rude every time I come through the driveway.
The thief working at the drive-thru window is enough to make me stop going to this Wendy's forever. Now I know I should have checked my change when he gave it to me but when they tell you the right amount and you're in a hurry at the drive-thru you don't always check as closely as you should. I hope you choke on that $9 you cheated me out of. Beware folks if you venture into this restaurant - double check your change no matter how much of back up there is in line.
