Monday I met a family member and friend for lunch. I ordered my favorite meal since 1994, the chicken and dumplings with carrots. I love this meal but it's been ruined for me with how horridly salty it is now. I spoke to the waitress (Myra who was wonderful by the way) and she allowed me to replace my order with grilled chicken (which wasn't very good at all) I decided to talk to the manager. He came to the table, didn't greet us and didn't even speak till I said hello to him....read full review
our service was excellent but the food awful. the chicken and dumplings were so salty you could not eat them. we spoke to the General manager who was there, and he was rude and short with all 3 of us at the table. More or less calling us liars about the food. Next thing we know our waitress was crying as she had been reprimanded for us talking to the manager. What happened to Cracker Barrel it used to be a nice place.
