Seemed a little short staffed. Had to wait about five minutes to get service at the counter. Thought we would avoid the long car line. Noticed one employee at a table on a break which would explain the lack of a person working the counter. But, our chilli cheese dogs and blizzards were up to standard.

Isaiah at the front, was amazingly friendly and got me the best way to make my order. I saw him to be a outstanding team member. The food was almost rite, only fries and some ranch missing. Great group of people working.

This evening we decided to go through the drive-thru on Southgate PWY in Cambridge Ohio for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly lil girl at the drive-thru. My husband and I frequent this store and have had some pretty terrible experiences there in the past, but tonight was totally different. ❤️ She smiled, was very courteous and overall friendly.
