Red Roof Inn Cambridge, OH

I would leave a 5 star however I broke out in a rash. We didn’t see any bed bugs or anything like that l, it very well could be the detergent they use for the bed. With way I laid and drink water

Stopped in late at night and the guy at the desk hooked us up with a clean room in minutes at a fair price. Friendly staff, workout room, pool, and an in house bar...what more do you need? Thumbs up 👍

Never been here before and we walk in to check in with front desk about 9 pm super super nice guy he was very professional and got us in our room quick I highly recommend this hotel great customer service

Chris was very helpful. There's a bar with a band and karaoke - very loud.

Both ladies at the front desk were friendly and got me checked in quick and when I had to add a night to my stay. My room was super clean. After a hot shower I got a great nights sleep. I believe the hotel is under new management and my booking site said it was newly renovated. Each day I was there I saw improvements and projects taking place inside the hotel and on the exterior. There's even a bar/lounge (unfortunately I didn't learn of this until the last couple days).

I can't think of anything to complain about, but then again I'm not one of those people that looks for reasons.

I would recommend ignoring any old, negative reviews and would not be apprehensive

This hotel was previously owned by another company, over this past summer it was shut down due to bedbugs cockroachs. It was reopened as a redroof inn. The customer service here is awful the rooms are horrible. If it weren't for the snowstorm we wouldn't have stayed here!!

This place is not handicap accessible!! My husband and I were leaving our room when we came across a gentleman who was sitting on his behind try to come up the stairs backwards pulling his wheelchair with him.. my husbandand I stopped to help him. He had a tracheotomy so he wasn't able to speak with us, but he was explaining with his hands that his hip is broken!!! It completely broke my heart to see him struggling to get to his room which mind you is on the first floor.. they only way to get to the first floor is through two separate flights of stairs and having to open heavy fire doors.. all businesses and hotels are required to have handicapped accessible rooms and ramps!!!! I will be attaching pictures and videos!! I will be contacting the appropriate people to deal with the situation!!

Overall we had a clean and friendly one-night stay at this Red Roof for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The location is good with easy access from the freeway. We had three rooms for various family members, and in each the beds were a bit firm for our liking, but otherwise a pleasant stay!

Great remodel room, clean and new furnishings. Hallways needed some attention. I would stay here again
