We ate inside in the morning and all the tables were covered in crumbs. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. The men's bathroom was ATROCIOUS. My husband reported feces all over the only toilet in the mens room and the soap dispenser was barely hanging on the wall. Staff definitely need to take care of the restaurant itself and all the facilities.
It's probably the best Taco Bell I've been to. Not saying much because I usually don't go to Taco Bell. But the staff was nice, food was quick, and nothing was falling out of the wrapping.
