This place is very congested but we still want it lol however it’s a hit or miss thing here meaning if you order a hot latte sometimes the machine isn’t working,drink isn’t hot etc I gave a 5 star on service because not the employees fault

Honestly I'm a DD driver, but this spot on East end has some great, 😁 staff. Had an issue w a customer who fussed them out cuz he messed up his own order! Lovely woman working @ 1am was jovial & grabbed my order thru DT (past 10pm) & on my way. 🫰🏻

Staff is not trained, the manager don’t know how to manage staff I was in the drive through for 30 minutes only to wait another 15 minutes after I paid at 1st window. A real manager need to be over this store someone who know how to take orders and move the line. I’m never coming back here again my food should be free

I came this morning around 9am, my coffee tasted like it had ZERO sugar and I couldn’t taste any of the caramel flavor I requested. I also ordered a refresher with liquid sugar, none was present. I used to love getting coffee here, but I see they’ve really lowered the standard for employees.

Something seriously needs done about the night shift . day shift is really good at getting your order right & customer service in general. The night shifts though you cannot even tell her it was wrong or she starts being completely rude it’s the same person she literally start Turning me away every night by saying “their systems are down” or “the Frozen machine was down for at least an hour” then if I come back she’ll say she hasn’t even had time to get to it so I started doing pick up orders. I can make a DoorDash order for it and they have no problem getting it . I’ve sat in the drive thru for the hour she told me it took, watched barely any cars come by and she when I came back around I was told she was too busy to get to it . Once I told her I don’t mind waiting the 45 mins to a hour she told me to pull around with out even taking my order so I did and once other cars came she stuck her head out the window to tell me I need to “Get out of her drive thru” I couldn’t hear well I thought she was just asking to pull up so I said wow you could’ve asked nicer I didn’t know she said “NO YOU NEED TO GET OUT MY DRIVE THRU” I was completely confused and just put my order in online . When I came around she ordered a employee to tell me I was banned because she told me she couldn’t do something and I got disrespectful by holding up her line when the whole time you told me to pull around until you could clean a frozen machine for a hour for the 30th night . I recommend this Dunkin’ before 9:00pm. Also every night she’s turned me around I’ve ordered online so I have about 15-20 online orders within the last two months . I have spoke with a manager about 2/3 times before the banning after that of course she could not wait to “band” and refuse my service.

The food is fine (undercooked more often than not), coffee is fine, but there’s a 50/50 shot they will get your order wrong. I ordered a caramel latte with oat milk and they gave me a caramel latte with mocha. I ordered a latte with oat milk, and they gave me a latte with oat milk, cream, sugar.

Campbell Dunkin is horrible,10 minutes in the line and the 2 guys kept saying give us a moment 😡 poor service, bad coffee, the only time there is a good service is in the morning, afternoon staff is no good

What the world is going on with this dunkin. I ordered 10 liquid cane sugar and I got 1inch of sugar at the bottom and this is after I asked them to fix my order. The person who take my was rude and disrespectful and was more concern of being her the phone yelling at what appears to be a boyfriend. Poor customer service all around . And it doesn't even deserve a 1 star . Been ordering the same order from the same dunkin for 3 years

Munchkins were half dipped in glaze. Then they put the munchkins in the bag with no box they were all just there?… Then when we got a frozen coffee the lid was overflowing with whipped cream and was all over the place.
