Had an excellent lunch there today the service was excellent and on point and the food was delicious as always , thank you!

Great food and service

Horrible experience that ended up with me calling the police on the manager. Had a bridal shower scheduled and never received a confirmation call. Called multiple times during the week and left a voicemail. No call back. Drove 40 minutes for the manager to claim she call and spoke with me to confirm. Obviously she did not. Then she claimed she left a message. No she did not. To that I got told “I’m sorry your phone doesn’t work.” Excuse me? She had an attitude right off the bat for zero reason when I was the one inconvenienced. I told her I wanted to cancel based off that interaction and I wanted a refund. “You should’ve canceled 60 days ago.” Then she tried to be all nice when customers came up and started fake crying. She claimed I was cussing in the dining room in front of kids. I was never in the dining room nor did I intentionally cuss at anyone. My humble apologies if I did I genuinely did not mean to and was quite worked up. I did knowingly cuss on the way out. I would like a call from the owner. She lied to the police and then said when she called me the call didn’t go through. So which one was it really? Horrible communication from this place and a horrible interaction with the manager. We have had her as our server before and usually she’s very nice but today I saw a different side of her that I did not like. She told police she would refund me so I’ll believe it when I see it. Thank you so much for ruining my bridal shower.

The Tea Room is enjoyable but I wish they changed their finger sandwiches & desserts for their teas every month. It would be nice to be surprised.

Wonderful tea room. The Victorian Tea was excellent and filling! Lots of unusual tea flavors. Great service and pleasant atmosphere!

Friendly staff and quick

Absolutely love this tea room. First visit today, but already planning future visits. We had 2 children in our party and they have the most delightful, whimsical child friendly room with toy high chairs for dolls, a dress up area with fancy hats and tiaras. Food and service are both exceptional. Highly recommend.

Loved our time in the kid's room that's painted with various characters. Friendly staff, delightful atmosphere, and beautiful fine china. Loved the pumpkin spice tea and broccoli cheddar soup. 11/10 recommend.

here for lunch. Love the atmosphere and the inside is so quaint. I love their desserts, especially the hummingbird cake.😊

Don't follow google maps for directions. Get on Market and park in the lot across from the restaurant or the side of the restaurant which has to to be accessed by Market. Great food, a fun whimsy eclectic atmosphere. Popular! Call in advance and make reservations.

Perfect place to take little girls or group of woman..or a special place to take a friend..I was so impressed I was in aww like a little girl ..a group of friends had lunch here..
