This Arby's has been pretty good for the past few months. It's been very consistent which is good. They've not been out of product, or machines not working. The food has been fresh, hot and tasty which is a dream compared to a lot of other restaurants as of late. One you can count on machinery being broken. Another you can count on stale food. Of all the various Arby's restaurants in a 5 mile radius, this one is my go-to place.

My wife and I didnt feel like cooking or dining out, we just wanted something quick yesterday. I got myself smokehouse brisket, and milkshake. My wife got French-dip, and we both got curly fries. It was our only meal for the whole day cause we both were tired from work, and spent most our day off watching TV, and naps yesterday. We went to Arby's around 3pm, and by 1.30am my stomach was very upset, now I've been going back and forth to the bathroom for 7times, and my wife puked around 2.30am.I do not want gift cards, or reimbursement, or anything. I just wanted to let you know that something was not right with your food, we definitely got food poisoning, and I'm pissed because I also run a restaurant, so I know how things supposed to work. We will definitely not going back to this location, and please check your food temperature, etc. When we got our sandwiches they were already cold, the fries too, but we gave the benefits of the doubt that it'd be okay, but we are not!!!

Only fast food place that thier inside is open in that area, McDonald's down the road ran us out and said we had to go through the drive through to get food. Great service inside as well.
