“This was my first time in Ohio, so of course I had to the famous Skyline Chilli. The Chilli has a very unique flavor, but not enough heat for me. The restaurant is very well kept and the staff is very friendly. The manager even came over to ask me how everything was. All in all, a good experience.”

They are a small takeout restaurant in Southeast Columbus that doesn't look like much, but the looks are deceiving. I won't get Chinese food from anywhere else in Columbus & that's a fact!”

“We came here to see Waterloo5 band last night and had the most amazing time. A lot of reviews have said it was too loud but we loved every minute of the band. I love the atmosphere here along with the cozy seating arrangements they have. Things I wish they had: Drink specials when a band is there. An absolute must would be beer buckets. I spent too much time going to the bar to get a beer. The bartenders were slammed and did an absolutely AMAZING job considering the crowd. Overall a super cool place that I cannot wait for warmer weather so the roll up doors can be open.”

“I stopped by Johnson’s Ice Cream about 8 minutes before closing, and normally I avoid going into places that late. I really wanted to grab ice cream for myself, my nephew, and my brother, so I decided to go in anyway. Madi F, Charlotte, and Darren were in the middle of closing up, so I asked if it would be a problem if I ordered. Without hesitation, all three of them said no.

I ordered three small scoops, and they were incredibly kind the entire time. They even told me I was the easiest customer they’d had walk in during the last 10 minutes before closing, which I thought was so sweet. Charlotte reassured me by saying, “We’re still open, so no worries,” even though I kept apologizing more than I needed to. They stayed calm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole interaction.

Honestly, my first visit to this location wasn’t great, and I had decided I wouldn’t come back. The only reason I stopped in was because it was the only place open with cinnamon ice cream. But after this experience, I will absolutely be returning.

Darren (who I understand is a lead), Charlotte, and Madi F completely changed my impression of this location. If someone higher up sees this, please recognize them they made a lasting impact. I was planning to go to the Pickerington location instead, but because of this team, I’ll be coming back here.

“My husband and I spent a wonderful Friday evening at Loose Rail Brewing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better night out. The atmosphere was fantastic, with live music playing from 7-10 PM, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.

The food and service were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. We ordered a beer flight for just $10, which was a great way to sample a variety of their brews. For food, we shared garlic parmesan wings, fried pierogies, and pulled chicken tots — and everything was absolutely delicious! Best of all, our food total before tip was only $34.

We loved the indoor/outdoor seating and the inviting vibe that made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back for another enjoyable evening!”

“Miracle had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was eating my dessert and was dissatisfied at the taste and just from her looking at my face she saw an offer to exchange it with something that was more pleasant. Not only did she offer me a new dessert that I had not tried but gave me different ideas to try different things on the menu. She took the time to make me and my daughter feel special on her birthday and I would love to hear a follow up that she receives some sort of recognition because this type of customer service is rare these days.”
