Miracle had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was eating my dessert and was dissatisfied at the taste and just from her looking at my face she saw an offer to exchange it with something that was more pleasant. Not only did she offer me a new dessert that I had not tried but gave me different ideas to try different things on the menu. Culver’s is a new restaurant location that has received mixed reviews from customers. One standout aspect is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, highlighted by a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure a satisfied dining experience, especially for a young girl's birthday. However, there have been issues with forgotten orders and rude employees.
The food quality has also been hit or miss, with reports of undercooked meat in the double butterburger and overcooked chicken. Customers have encountered burned fries and incorrect orders, leading some to express frustration. Despite these challenges, the staff is generally described as friendly and quick to correct mistakes when pointed out.
The dining area is spacious and easy to navigate, making it a pleasant place to eat. Overall, while many customers appreciate the quality of the food and service, they hope the location can work out its kinks. Many are willing to give it another chance, eager for improvements, especially since Culver’s is a favorite fast-food option for some.
