“We came here to see Waterloo5 band last night and had the most amazing time. A lot of reviews have said it was too loud but we loved every minute of the band. I love the atmosphere here along with the cozy seating arrangements they have. Things I wish they had: Drink specials when a band is there. An absolute must would be beer buckets. I spent too much time going to the bar to get a beer. The bartenders were slammed and did an absolutely AMAZING job considering the crowd. Overall a super cool place that I cannot wait for warmer weather so the roll up doors can be open.“

“Our first time here. Facebook page popped up as a recommendation so we thought we would try it out. The dark haired bartender greeted us with a smile and made sure we were ok and having a pleasant experience while we were there. Reasonably priced. A little chilly inside, but will be back“

“After taking our pet to the vet, we stopped into Birch Tavern for dinner. We sat on the patio since it was a nice day. The food was delivered fast and was delicious. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was good. My wife had the birch club sandwich, and I had the boneless chicken wings. They were comparable in size to Roosters. I enjoyed our experience there.“

Stopped in a was immediately greeted with a hello and free sloppy joes! Dang wish I didn’t have to drive home or idda stayed for a while! Nice place and great bar tender! “Went to the Blu Note for the first time for my birthday in August. One of the waitresses was being trained by another waitress so we had two waitresses waiting on us (: and they did a great job!!! The live music was lively and the food was excellent , lamb chops were off the chain and the chicken wings were seasoned just right! They gave me complimentary New York Style Cheese Cake for my birthday as well ! In my Arnold Schwarzenegger impression “I’ll be back”.“

“Small place but fun! There's a pool table and karaoke on Fridays. The vibe is interesting, hard to pinpoint a "type" of patron that would frequent this place - which I really like. Pretty calm, clean, mature, and social, was the feeling I got. Could use more "saloon-themed" decor to match the name. Ample parking and convenient location. Would visit again!“

“Nice neighborhood bar. It reminds me of the show Cheers. There's a new owner, I got to meet her, her name is Edie. She welcomed me in, and made me aware of the things to look forward to through the week. I missed the opportunity to see the Tyson fight there, but I'll definitely be back to the 840 Lounge for sure.“
“Definitely by far ABSOLUTELY the best wing's in the city! HOWEVER I let a friend try my wings when I got home and he was hooked and asked me how much they were and I couldn't tell him so we looked on the website and THERE IS NO MENU That shows food and prices. I believe they may be losing some business but not much but TIP TO THE BAR...POST YOUR MENU AND PRICES GUYS!!!“

“If you like a townie bar, this is absolutely the place to go. I'm not from the area, but stopped in on two different days off passing through. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need recommendations in the area, the food is excellent and the owner is meticulous in product selection, and the drinks have yet to disappoint me. I absolutely recommend stopping in, even if it's just for a drink and directions.“

“Jess is the best . That’s the only reason we come to this Bar. Weekend DJ needed to get the summer party going, band is not necessary DJ would do the job for this place . “We have made this spot our date night club; the music starts out with our ole school and music we can relate to, once it turns, its our time to leave because the crowd changes. We now have date nights on Friday and Saturday with on a good night we leave around 11pm. We meet new people here and always enjoy ourselves.“

“Saturday nights can be busy, week nights are less crowded. Great drinks, bartenders do a great job of getting to everyone during busy times, and talking with the folks and making you feel at home during slower times. No frills bar, pool tables, darts, keno, pop a shot, golf game, large bar area, tables. Dj some nights, sports tvs. Good place to watch sports or meet friends.“
