I placed a curb side order and I went to pickup a staff member told me I needed to come inside because I didn’t pay over the phone. This was an inconvenience because we could have taken care of it when in place the order. Also, two staff members were outside, came back in and started working. No handwashing!

Bob Evans is not like it was 15 / 20 years ago. Food is always tasteless cold and just poor service.
Food was brought wrong. Waiter or kitchen messed up. The manager fixed the problem but it leaves you with a bad feeling. Another waitress from a different table was talking about her personal life to her table. I found it inappropriate

We had a fantastic breakfast at this Bob Evan’s location this morning. Angela was our server - she was incredibly pleasant, quick and thorough with our orders, and she makes a helluva coffee! Would go back just to have her as a waitress again!
Food was also really hot and fresh - and of course DELISH! :D
