Waited 23 minutes in curbside pickup for a cup of vegetable soup! Called restaurant, manager said he could not send females out after dark, but he would be right out. I waited another ten minutes, I could see from my car that he was not checking customers out. Called restaurant a second time, manager said he would be out after waiting on customers. There was 2 vehicles in business parking lot, not busy at this time. When manager finally came out, he did not come to driver side window ( I was only person in vehicle), put my order and pumpkin bread (did not order) on passenger seat, told me to have a blessed day and walked away! I will not order from Bob Evans again! Don’t offer curbside if you don’t have the staff to bring orders out in a timely manner.

Spent New Year's here with my sisters. We don't often get time spend together, but I'm glad we came here Staff were wonderful, food value and quality were very good, the manager on duty exceptional and went over and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable

Our server was not very attentive and service was very slow. This could be due to insufficient staffing. We received our food long before we got our drinks. On a positive note, the food was warm and tasted very good. Unfortunately, my friend did not receive the bread that was supposed to come with his meal and we were not offered refills on our drinks. Once we finished our meal we had to wait an additional fifteen minutes for our bill.

Just download the farm app! This has made ordering your homestyle favorites from Bob Evans easier than ever before. Plus you can save your favorite orders, pay using your phone when you dine-in, get exclusive offers and more with it too. Our visits are always a very pleasant surprise. We had a very good lunch especially their new memoesas. Their menu is extensive it still has the classic favorites with an array of new things to try too. I had their steak tip dinner while my husband had the Atlantic cod. Both were perfectly cooked, accurate, beautifully plated, hot and fresh. The service as always was excellent. Our server was very friendly, efficient, and helpful which is the norm for them rather than the luck of the draw. Our experiences with Bob Evans always sets a high standard for others to follow but opens our eyes to what we should be able to expect from not just Bob Evans in our future travels but any other restaurants we visit. We are definitely looking forward to going back and trying more of thier new menu items.! There is plenty of parking handicap or regular fast seating handicap accessible dining tables easily accessible restrooms and as always buy one of their candles on their way out because you won't find a better smelling long-lasting one than you do here or beat the price of them either Plus they have a lot of other cute items to purchase I bought my husband a t-shirt that said this body's made from bacon too cute we love you guys.
