Buffalo Wild Wings customer held door for us we walked in waited for them to go ahead of us. They told us we could go first. We thanked them. Hostess was as great. Our waitress Kimberly was top notch. Food was made perfect and correct and was beautiful and delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We left 2 other places before this one!

Great service when dining in.. especially the bar lady.. love her sorry I do not know her name. I would NEVER order pick up.. the quality is not good and they ALWAYS messed my ordet up... on another note quit changing the friggin blazin sauce! The new sauce is nasty with a sweetness.. honestly the only reason I go is for the blazin sauce, but guess I will not anymore..yuck

Really have been trying to give this location a chance since moving out this way. Generally the service is slow and food takes forever but the service was great tonight. What I can’t tolerate is drunks belligerent at the bar. Tonight there was An incident with two older gentlemen with one shouting profanities in the presence of children and patrons as well as threatening to throw the other through a window. I was highly disappointed in the response from the stores management to de-escalate the situation and allowing the aggressor to stay in the bar and making the rest of the area uncomfortable. At no point did any Buffalo Wild Wings associates or management intervene or apologize to the observers. This isn’t a college dive bar it’s a family establishment. I’m highly disappointed

This location will steal your money, and if you confront them about it, they will call the cops on you.I never would have eaten here had I read the review first.Showed up to watch the divisionals. All was going well until it was time to pay. Was overcharged for drinks by our waitress who was wearing a lable that said trainer. When she was confronted about this, she rolled her eyes and snapped, "I'll fix it." Well, what that meant was to get the guy who looked like he just woke up and stunk with greasy hair to try to intimate me and my husband. He immediately threatened to call the police because we didn't want to pay for our trainer waitresses mistake Her excuse, btw was that she THOUGHT what she rang in, was the well vodka instead we where over chared almost 4 dollars per shot.Th intimatator got really mad when it was suggested that the waitress pay the difference because of her lack of knowledge and carelessness. Owning one's mistakes is a priceless lesson she should learn.Will NEVER be back to this location again.Under staffed, mismanaged, and quick to call the cops if you have been wronged by them. Oh, and the intimatator is just a really fat dude who calls the cops.I could care less who this offends they are nothing but thieves here.

Our server did everything he could, however the food came out wrong twice and we waited over an hour for 2 wrong meals. Only took off one person’s meal. Ticket was still over $100 and the best the manager was willing to give was a $15 credit on our next meal. Well no that doesn’t work as we will not be going back. The meals you made wrong on more than one occasion should be gone in addition to the time you continued to say not 5 more minutes and the fountain drinks… the ones you make 400% on can’t even be comped… if you can no longer make your mistakes right then make sure your staff can do their job. The problem is management. And the manager working the evening of January 19th in the canal store is worthless. I used to have a $100+ ticket weekly if not twice a week and stopped because the mistakes kept piling up… went back after a year and now it is even worse. Glad you lost $2,400 on just my family…
