Terrible experience at this BK. The staff was nasty (especially the one with tats all over her face that says she’s the GM) and rude. When I received my food, it was cold, and poorly prepared. When we raised concerns, the response was dismissive. I even filed a complaint with corporate and still never heard back from the actual GM. This location needs to be closed expeditiously! Avoid this place!

Stopped here for dinner yesterday. Ordered 2 whoppers and 1 impossible whopper. Had to pull around and wait for food - waited, got food, drove back onto freeway - found out they'd burned the living heck out of the impossible whopper, and barely topped the regular whoppers with condiments. Couldn't eat the impossible whopper; made us wait for it, just so they could burn the patty to a cinder. really was hungry before and after stopping here. do not recommend.

I’ve had a good burger from this place…did I have to wait 20 minutes for it…yes…but it was good. Then when I go weeknights around 8pm for a milkshake the machine is always being cleaned. Have tried at least 3 different nights over the past few months and machine is always being cleaned. I get starting closing tasks early but dessert stuff during dessert time? Crazy to me.
We waited 15 minutes and left. There was one poor worker there trying to do everything. I felt awful for her, but management has got to fix this. We've had several bad experiences at this location.

This Burger King shines Above the Rest it was very clean. All those slightly understaffed they were working very fast in getting the orders out. I asked the name of the person on the sandwich board I think they said Madeline. She was working by herself to do the orders from inside and the drive-thru and she was getting it. Very hard-working individual. The manager was working the drive-thru window and she was moving. There was a trainee on the cash register and she was so polite very good customer service and my sandwich was made just the way I wanted it and very well. When I'm craving Burger King I'm coming back to this store. The young lady on The Sandwich Board definitely needs a raise they definitely need to keep her around she is so quick! Couldn't have had a better experience at this location which speaks multitudes above some of my experiences at other Burger King locations

It has been numerous times that I have went through the drive thru and ordered sweet tea with my meal, it has been gross almost everytime. This time it taste like unsweetened tea. Workers are very complacent or they just don't care.

We stopped in tonight for a quick bite before our road trip. As soon as we entered I noticed the smell of CLEAN, not grease or that fried smell but as if someone had just mopped the floors with bleach clean. The young man taking our order was friendly, the soda area.was clean and well stocked. We received our order quickly. The fries were perfectly salted, crispy and hot. Our sandwiches were good too.. we stopped by the restrooms before heading out... clean too! Burger King gets a bad rap but I'm reviewing because it is so rare to have a positive experience at any fast food establishment! Thank you Gender Rd. BK
