The food from this location is straight up foul. The burger tasted like it had been sitting around forever, my wife’s sandwich had spoiled vegetables on it. My French fries and her onion rings were literally inedible. Usually when they’ve been sitting around for while I can still eat them…but both the onion rings and fries were completely solid and cold. I feel like I had my $30 stolen from me. AVOID getting food from this location. Not going to lie, I’m legitimately sad that this is the quality I’ve come to expect from Burger King. It used to be so good 😕

Slow service. Took 25+ minutes in the drive through for a mobile order. Watched the line grow to the end of the building 5+ cars turn around. Paid for cheese, did not get cheese. Ordered extra ketchup, no ketchup at all. Toppings were stingy. Fries were cold. The business definitely appears to be very disorganized. I will not be back in a very long time

Went in around 8pm last night stude there more than five minutes 5 people working that I saw no one even acknowledged that I was there i guess drive thru is more important than the counter finely left Went to Wendy's got helped right away by friendly people and the food was great, this burger king is terrible will never go back it should be closed down avoid at all cost there's plenty of other places to eat

As someone who used to work fast food, I am willing to put up with/overlook a lot- such as wait times or bad attitudes.
HOWEVER, what I refuse to put up with is mistreatment of employees.
There is ZERO reason there should only be one person at and running the store at ANY given time.
For my visit, I ran into this scenario. Kudos to the ONE employee that was there, because not only was he quick and my food still came out right, he also had good customer service skills, which I personally would have not had had I been running a fast food store by myself.

Treat your employees better. This is a Burger King, not Papa's understaffed Pizzaria.

If you want to break your teeth try and take a bite of this chicken sandwich.

I had to trash my whole meal. Sprite was lemonade, onion rings burnt, mozzarella sticks old over cooked.

I was really looking forward to having a bacon swiss chicken sandwich

One of the better BKs I've been to. Drive-thru was a good pace, food was hot, workers friendly enough. From what I could see through the windows, the inside was clean.

I just want to give a shout out to the morning crew at the Gender road Burger King. I order here almost everyday of the week and each time my order is hot and ready when I pull up to the window. Everyone is super nice and very pleasant. Thanks so much for your hard work!

The food was really good. The simple breakfast order took 10 minutes (drove thru). They didn't bother to tell me they were baking biscuits. Don't go to this location if you're in a hurry.

Went today for lunch and was told that this location does not accept coupons or promotions.

I’m not sure what the attitude was all about there was no reason at all to be that hostile through a drive-thru. 😬

Stopped at this BK after going to my parents grave site. Really needed to think about it because a couple months before stopped in and that visit was the same. Just thought maybe the were having a bad day. My bad! The clerks were just as rude. Can't say hello thank you or even a smile. Didn't give my husband a cup for his drink. Couldn't or wouldn't say sorry. I will give them credit the dining area was clean.
What I do not understand is the complaints that I have read and Burger King does not listened to the customers.

Next time I will spend my money at either Wendy's or Arby's where the customer is appreciated.

Terrible experience at this BK. The staff was nasty (especially the one with tats all over her face that says she’s the GM) and rude. When I received my food, it was cold, and poorly prepared. When we raised concerns, the response was dismissive. I even filed a complaint with corporate and still never heard back from the actual GM. This location needs to be closed expeditiously! Avoid this place!
