The last 2 times ive ordered online, there has been an issue with portion size and forgetting items. My bowl was not even filled half way.

Man. I doubt I’ll ever comeback to this location. The Pickerington location gives you better portions on every them. I ordered a bowl and it was like I got 3/4 of what I normally get at the Pickering ton location. I also order is bad of chips. They tasted like they were not fully cooked and again I got way less than I’d get at the Pickerington location

We're happy with this restaurant. It's the Chipotle closest to us and we've never had a negative experience here.

Get there to pick up my mobile order I placed to be ready by 10:40 PM, employees were cleaning up the food already and acted shocked and confused that I placed a order because they didn’t see it in the system. Joke of a manager comes out and offers no resolution or credit for my purchase. He said “to be honest it’s 10:40 on a Sunday anyways” why are you working at a place that is open until 11 pm then? I was told to call corporate to get a solution even though they charged my card. Awful location

Horrible service we ended up leaving after standing there waiting for 20 minutes not a soul was taking orders with more than 10 people in line instead they were cleaning and more worried about the mobile order line. If you want chipotle go to a different one cause this one is awful and there were about 6 people working I seen so it isn’t as if someone was working alone either

As someone who frequents Chipotle for its customizable meals and supposedly generous portions, it’s incredibly frustrating when the experience falls short—especially when it comes to protein. Over the past few visits, I’ve noticed a consistent decline in the amount of protein being served. Whether it’s chicken, steak, barbacoa, or sofritas, the portions are noticeably smaller than they used to be.

It’s particularly aggravating when you’re paying a premium—sometimes upwards of $10-$12 for a bowl—and the server barely gives you a few piece of meat. I’ve had to awkwardly ask for more, only to be told that “that’s the standard portion.” Standard or not, it feels stingy and definitely not worth the price.

Dirty....almost filthy....had to chuckle about employee sweeping a floor that obviously hadn't been mopped in forever!
Someone please clean up that beverage area...yuck!

Made an online order and it was not ready when we arrived. Then they told us they were out of bowls and asked if we would just take burritos instead. He agreed to make the bowls in lids but we had to wait 15 minutes for them to make our order. When we got it to the car and opened, the bowls were cold, the burritos were falling apart and not fresh- chips were stale. This was the worst Chipotle that we’ve ever had. Messaged customer support and got a generic “will look into this” response. What a waste of $50!
