Tables were dirty, low on everything, dirty dishes stacked up, employees more worried about conversation, and the only reason I still ate my food despite it not tasting all that good is cause I paid and didn't wanna waste it. My daughter looked at me and said we should have just went to taco bell.

If you all stay open til 11, why are the burners turning off at 9? Especially when you are out Fajitas? The ones that were there wereiteraly burnt. Old girl was on the phone on the line. She is cleaning next to food. It's ridiculous. If my family weren't hungry I'd have left it there. Do better.

This is my first time ordering from this location in about a year. Have not changed. Very stingy on meat portions and it’s upsetting because of the price of everything my bowl cost me $11 for sofritas which were the tiniest clumps and hardly any to really fill up a person. Back when I used to come here, I would be able to have leftovers for the next day and now I’m just filling up on rice and beans??

Why is it everytime i order pickup or delivery I'm not only missing half of my order but the bowls are barely filled half way. This is with me paying an extra almost $8 for double meat and vegetables. I just ordered delivery and it seems the workers were too lazy to try and squeeze the lid over cheese and lettuce so they just opted to not add it in at all. Ik there's bigger problems in the world but being pregnant and having specific things I can actually stomach and then being let down every single time is upsetting. I shouldn't have to stand in front of the employees and continue asking them to add another scoop. If I'm paying $18 for a bowl just fill it up. This is coming from someone who has worked in fast food for over 4 years. If this is the standard they need to reevaluate.

On Sunday the 2nd of February we ordered through door dash. Specifically ordered 2 bags of chips due this location often forgetting the chips and guac and queso. Neither bags of chips were delivered and neither was the guac or queso and the 3 tacos ordered had 4 out of the 5 toppings missing and hardly any visible steak. This was an order that was paid for at 10 pm on a Sunday night, clearly not at peak rush hour service times. Did you know McDonalds owns Chipotle’s? And it shows in their inability to hire, maintain a staff who cares at all clearly after multiple attempts at ordering food from the same location for years giving it chance after chance after chance to do what is right by their customers. We consistently get orders delivered wrong with either missing ingredients, cold food, drinks spilt over or half full upon arrival. We try to be patient. Unfortunately the risk is too great to have to be taken advantage of over and over by a large food chain. Well he taking our business to the local taco food truck across the way from hereon out. Wake up Chipotle. You’re losing money daily by your lack of quality customer service. Before long you also will not be around for business if you keep up with these quality customer service skills you have shown. If I could give 0 stars to this chipotle and many many more I have used in the past I surely would! No amount of apologies or free crap from them will payback the lost time we’ve experienced over these careless attempts at running a business! Do better!
