Why is it only 8 pm and both locations in Canal Winchester run out of rice, beans, and half of the meat? They should close their doors if most of their menu items are not available.
This location is absolutely terrible! They don’t know how to cook rice to save their lives, it’s undercooked 80% of the time. So I’ve resulted to taste testing the rice before I order. Came in 2 days ago and the rice was so salty I just walked out. Came in tonight after spending hours at the hospital with my mother and they had a line almost to the door waiting for white rice to be prepped. Then they proceed to tell everyone they’re out of vinaigrette, queso, guacamole, and sour cream. We’re now heading somewhere else for the second time this week. Come on Chipotle, y’all gotta do better than this!

Ordered via online and they gave my food to someone with the same first name? They remade 2 bowls that were to have 5 ingredients and just put in rice and protein. Terrible attitude as well.

A piece of hair in my sour cream. And the sour cream is not even half full. Asked for extra cheese and there was not extra cheese.

The food was okay, I got the burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, and lettuce.
The rice was cold, the black beans were almost cooked, and the steak was mostly nerve, and the lettuce was fine.
The floor was dirty and the staff was all kinds of slow. So many people yet they had only one person taking orders. Most of the employees were standing around.

Very inconsistent on flavors. I get the same thing every time and each time it's not enough seasoning or the seasoning was dumped on.
