I've been to this location twice in the last month and both times the portions were small and the tacos I ordered looked sloppy when they were being put together.
Great service, didn't have to wait too long even with a long line. Employees are fast and friendly! Great food that is always fresh.

This has to be one of the filthiest dirtiest chipotles in town if you look closely at everything in this chipotle, you will see they don’t wipe anything down in dining area and nothing is sanitized Around the soft drink area, Condimentsand utensils.
The AC must not work because as soon as you walk in the door, you get hit with it being hot and stuffy inside .
How can you keep food at the necessary temperatures when it’s so hot in your establishment.
The service is getting worse. It used to be one of the best customer service places out of all the area chipotles. The portions are small. The workers don’t care and it reflects on a management.

Solid food, good service.
This chipotle is horrible. The managers are the worst as they always leave their Associates drowning at the front while they’re in the back or socializing with others today there was one person working both the drive-through and the front line and the line was backed up. no one came to help her. The one supervisor with a long, dark hair finally came out and had an attitude. It takes forever to get food here and every single person has a horrible attitude.

Hair in my burrito. NEVER do I EVER get my extra portions of chicken when I pay for them through the Chipotle lane. EXTREMELY frustrating and disgusting when hair is in your food. They make it complicated to deal with anyone. All robots online. Done with this Chipotle

Very hit and miss for a Chipotle. When ordering for drive thru pickup, the majority of the time the orders are wrong. Inside isn’t much better. When it’s busy it’s slammed. I’ve never seen a messier or more disorganized “back of house”. It’s a chaotic mess. The good news is that if they get your order right, inside or pickup, it’s good. I’ve just had really bad luck with completely wrong orders.

Ordered our meal online, every item was wrong. The proportions from this location are always smaller Compared to Canal, Winchester and Lancaster. I would avoid this location.
The only thing consistent about this place is that it’s always filthy and the staff is rude every single time 0/10
