Did the Chipotlane and when i got there after ordering 20 mins prior and going when it said to online, worker asked if i wanted to switch my protein from steak (the most expensive) or wait an extra 5 to 10 mins, then closed the window with no further guidence I heard her mock me saying ill wait to a coworker about 8 mins into the wait and 6 cars behind me. Portions were disappointing and torilla chips were unbarebly salty. Doubt ill be back

Super skimpy portions. Two burrito bowls with chips and guac $37.00. And I can count the kernels of corn, and tiny squares of brisket. Every single person in line was saying things like, 'more I got four slivers of fajitas '. They even skimmed on the lettuce they put on the top, there were seven pieces of shredded lettuce. Save your money and go to a different location. There are plenty around.

1/5 star i’ve tried this chipotle multiple times thinking that maybe they could become better on having the items that they should like for example rice how do you run out of ur main selling point everyone gets rice, i have went in twice this week the first time i had to walk out because they were out of white rice and other items, the second time i came in on a friday at 4 pm they were out of queso and sour cream i hate to so picky abt restaurants because ik that it can get messy but the manager at this restaurant needs to be order way more products considering how busy this location get. I don’t blame the worker i blame the manager who isn’t ordering enough truck. Also not to mention the door handle was broken. Just please get this chipotle together

My brother picked up two bowls from here yesterday. When my bowl arrived, I noticed how much they skimmed on the portions! It was like 3/4ths of what a normal chipotle bowl should have. But that's not even the worst part: the food made me terribly ill. After finishing the meal, I started to feel terrible. I subsequently vomitted and had diarrhea for 24 hours. All of it was the meal I had. Not sure what cleanliness they have going on (or not) with the food but I will never eat Chipotle again in my life after this.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle locations in America. For a brand that is known for delivering quality food consistently, this location couldn’t be further from that mission. Every time I go to this location I have an issue. Different portion sizes every time, food safety concerns, rude staff, staff that does not care about their jobs, dirty store, undercooked chips, the list can go on an on. This ultimately is a managerial issue. Whoever manages this location is completely dropping the ball on training staff on what the expectations are at Chipotle and delivering on those expectations day in and day out. If Chipotle corporate is reading this, you need a new store manager and a new staff to right the ship at this location. Just look at how many other negative experiences have been shared about this location.

So here's the scoop. Went in this Chipotle location for the first time. Walking up to the front door the glass was filthy dirty and as I entered the floors were dirty and just about every table was dirty and not one person was eating inside. There was a guy at the cash register checking a customer out and wearing food prep gloves. He handled the customers money and then proceeded to prepare the next customers order in those same gloves and checked that customer out as well and continued to prep the next order. I give him credit for being customer friendly as was a lady who then came to run the cash register, but they really need to clean up and learn you don't handle food and money wearing the same plastic gloves. That'sjust nasty. Kudos for being so pleasant though.

Tried the Waterloo location and it was very good. Now they are online only. Since my husband does not do online he went to the Diley Road location. Again he ordered the Carne Asada. They mixed old hard rice in with new rice and the meat was unchewable. Had to spit most of it out. Should have just gone into Meijers and bought a couple of nice steaks for what it cost for those two bowls. Will never go there again.
