Drive 25 min out of my way to get my order because it was the only Crumbl that had the Dubai cookie. After receiving my order, once I got back to my car, I realized one cookie in my order was without icing. It’s the second time this has happened. I don’t submit the order so when they showed me the box I assumed it was all correct. Regardless how does an employee see the non icing cookie and realize it’s not right? The other cookies were fine. But good grief, get your orders...
