Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a blizzard with extra cookie dough and received less than the normal amount. I waited in line for 20 minutes and still did not receive the extra amount that I paid for. Ridiculous

I got a pick up order from the mobile app and picked it up from the drive thru, when I got home realized they gave me the wrong food. I was going to go back but the line was so long I just left. I noticed with my bank that the refunded the entire order without my asking. That was really nice and shows that they are paying attention to customer service. Thank you DQ, food is always good.

Just got lunch here, the bun on my double cheeseburger was hard and stale and the lettuce was old and smelled.
There's no way the person who made this burger didn't know how old and stale the bun was, its hard as a rock.
If they care that little about sending out food like this, I'm thinking about how little they care about other things in the back that you don't see like cleanliness. Sad.

Solid Dairy Queen spot. Staff are friendly and online orders are always quick and correct. Inside is well maintained.

What ever they put in the food and drinks it's A1 , because it made Roman Atwood a genius look at him now. P.s. smile more😁

My grandson is autistic and soon as we entered the door he threw himself on the floor. I explained to the person working and she was absolutely awesome. I didn’t get her name but she was very polite and helpful.

Soft drink was not delivered but I was charged for it.

I had to add on two sauces at the window because of a family member wanting more and when I asked for it a worker in the back with the drive thru headset on said and I quote, “Why do people have to add on things at the window” in a snobby voice. The lady handing out my food was nice but the one behind her was not. Dairy Queen should be treating people nicely not talking about them!!!

I got a New York cheese cake had absolutely no cheesecake. I’m on a diet so I only get ice cream every like 3 months so I was disappointed maybe they will get it right next time.

The staff is friendly! I love their chocolate cones but lately their chocolate ice cream has gotten watery and too soft to the point that the cone is lopsided and immediately melts!!

Came to this place on a sunday evening (12/15) and I waited at the front counter for about 10 minutes as employees just look by me as if I’m not even there. They had about 2 cars in the drive thru so they weren’t busy. Got sick of it so I got back in my car and went to drive thru. Got my ice cream within 2 minutes. I just found it strange that they didn’t acknowledge me at the counter but it was a different result with the drive thru.
