Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I've been to a lot of DQs over my life, and this one by far is consistently the quickest. Every time I've gone here the workers are friendly, and they clearly have a system that works for them. I will say I have yet to get any regular food here, I have only gotten ice cream related items.

It was good enough to eat but nothing special. They keep the bathroom locked up I suppose so nobody will use it, I work outside all day so when I went there to eat I couldn't use the bathroom or wash my hands...

Fast service, good blizzards and soft serve. This location can get busy, with a short drive through line it can be a hassle in the summer.

It's rare that I don't have to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get a delivery order. I'm done accepting gigs from you all, I'm not doing this for charity

Customer service here is a joke. The blonde at the drive-thru was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She demanded we move when it was physically impossible, then gave us attitude for pointing it out. To make matters worse, our order wasn’t even correct after she had us repeat it twice. If this is the standard management accepts, it speaks volumes. We won’t be back & I highly suggest avoiding this place.

What I got to eat was good.

I ordered a blizzard with extra cookie dough and received less than the normal amount. I waited in line for 20 minutes and still did not receive the extra amount that I paid for. Ridiculous

I got a pick up order from the mobile app and picked it up from the drive thru, when I got home realized they gave me the wrong food. I was going to go back but the line was so long I just left. I noticed with my bank that the refunded the entire order without my asking. That was really nice and shows that they are paying attention to customer service. Thank you DQ, food is always good.

Just got lunch here, the bun on my double cheeseburger was hard and stale and the lettuce was old and smelled.
There's no way the person who made this burger didn't know how old and stale the bun was, its hard as a rock.
If they care that little about sending out food like this, I'm thinking about how little they care about other things in the back that you don't see like cleanliness. Sad.

Solid Dairy Queen spot. Staff are friendly and online orders are always quick and correct. Inside is well maintained.

What ever they put in the food and drinks it's A1 , because it made Roman Atwood a genius look at him now. P.s. smile more😁

My grandson is autistic and soon as we entered the door he threw himself on the floor. I explained to the person working and she was absolutely awesome. I didn’t get her name but she was very polite and helpful.
