Horrible service!! ordered at 5pm this evening called at 559pm was on the tracker that said it was being prepped when called the Kristen said that they are behind because of the weather and it would be 20 more minutes. Ok the website said 24 minutes when I ordered but ok. Its now 7pm after 3 phone calls, constant checking the website our order sat in prep till 623pm, Kristen finally answered after being on hold for 30 minutes saying that they are waiting because the driver left...read full review
Last Friday I ordered a medium pizza and bread stick bites and it took nearly 3 hours for it to be delivered. It was cold and inedible. Multiple calls were placed to the store to find out what was going on only for the staff and manager to lie about where our order was. When it was delivered it was just dropped on the porch with no notification or knock....the temp was in the 40's that night by that time.
Worst. Pizza. Delivery. Ever.
I had a simple order which was a New York Style pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. When I opened the box, it was only cheese. So I told them that the pepperoni was missing. So they made me another pizza, but this time it was a regular large pepp without extra cheese. So I told them that they made another mistake and one of the female associates with glasses had an instant attitude with me.
