Donatos Pizza

First time ordering from this location, order was on time, pizza was made as requested, presented well in the box, associate very nice at the drive thru (didn't get his name)

Very disappointing experience. It gets frustrating when placing an order, telling them exactly what you want (because it is what you pay for) and then it being completely wrong! Even after reading everything back to me!

Second time I have tried to order and there are issues with the app. First time nothing would load. Now, I can’t remove items out of my cart that were duplicated without getting an error code. I’m not buying 4 pizzas. I try calling Donato’s and the rep says it’s online deals only. Therefore my service will go to another pizza company. Absolutely crazy to me there is no work around.

The heath Donatos is never great for pizza. Lived here 7 years and it's always cold. And not great. The salad used to be amazing but the price skyrocketed. The Italian sub is really good. But about half the size it was

Rene was vary rude, could not find my order. No hair nets also not a greeting at the door location. Or just me. Go across the street for better service. Do not go to this location with rene on shift. I expected better from this location

We will absolutely come back to this location! Great food and especially great service. Larry, who helped us was very friendly and went above and beyond.

Gave me the wrong order & asked for it back. That's a health code violation.

Foods usually right but my order is always 20/30 minutes late, I literally live 10 minutes down the road and they never put my extras in that I order example Italian packet and ranch.....

I ordered a Medium works extra sauce and the pizza was covered in sauce…in the car I ate a few(MESSY with NO napkins giving) get home to see an absolute mess! And to think he wanted a TIP!

I feel bad for restaurant at this point.
Can't seem to get delivery without going through doordash.
Pizza places are probably under water at this point. Can't tell ya how my food is because I never got it.
Order around 5:35pm it's 7:06pm
Can't get the store on the phone. They just hang up on you once you've been on hold for 15 mins.

Out pizza was 1 hour late and it was really cold and subs were ok soggy

Food was terrible and it took 2 hours for my food to be done, by that point it was cold. The white girl at the window with light brown hair was also very rude and unprofessional. 0/10 will not be coming back.

Everytime I order from this location it’s always wrong, literally ALWAYS! Just picked up at 8:50pm got home at 9:04pm just for it to be wrong!

Leaving this review after a few separate orders with a few different pizzas. Started going here after Dominoes was too erratic with service and quality and have not been disappointed.

It's a bit more pricey, the app isn't user friendly as other alternatives, and the point system isn't as clear as it could be, but the pizza doesn't disappoint and the people are reasonable and know what they're doing.

I don't know if the quality is unique to this location, but this is now our top spot preference for pizza cravings.
