this particular Donatos, the customer service was horrible. The manager was horrible. They can’t hear anything. I had to ask 1000 questions just to get my order all finalized because they did not offer any information. This was a horrible experience and to the owners in the corporation of Donatos’s pizza, you need to do better you need to train your people better you need to train your managers better because this particular Donatos this particular incident they suck

This store is horrible manager Chris and everyone that works there looks like they are on drugs. The food I got was old and look like it was sitting for hours I will never go here and they didn’t want to do anything remake it or nothing told me to contact corporate office. Then I called corporate office the next day and they told me to bring the day old pizza that I threw in the trash back to the store. Horrible service. Horrible experience and I’m going to take me and my money to dominos.

Everything but, the breadsticks was fine. However, my experience with Mike about these breadsticks was worse than the burnt hard breadsticks itself. Mike is very rude and unprofessional. He should be fired! A $35 order and I get THE WORST customer service EVER! Unbelievable! I'm close to 60 years of age and I'm truly shocked at Mike's conduct.

Literally the most difficult experience trying to order anything online. The "deal" that I was trying to select never activated or gave me any kind of promts as to how to use it. The menu options were disorganized and confusing. While trying to pay for (what exactly I'm still not sure) my card options were declined 3 times when I KNOW that they work. This wasted 20 minutes of my life just trying to order and I will never try again.
