Placed an order for delivery, called in first to ask questions (me and my wife don't really order from Donatos so I wasn't familiar). Staff on the phone were really nice. When we got the pizza, the delivery driver was really nice and showed us that our medium was upgraded to a large for free because of a small mistake at the store (they didn't have to do that but I really appreciate it!) and the food itself was excellent. The pizza from this place is alright. It might cause you some stomach problems. The online orders take time due to , " not enough staff". Also, their is not enough drivers and you might need to pick your pizza(s).

Food was great service is very poor. They give their address as Canal Winchester and it is actually Columbus with a canal post office box. Most of the employees seemed to to be lacking enthusiasm about their jobs and the manager is the reason. But they are serving good food for a chain pizza place.
