Having celiac disease make literally every experience dining out a challenge. I was so happy to see that this place has gluten free options. I was blown away to see the staff diligently cleaning the equipment before making my sandwich! I cannot express how much it means to people like me that they take so much care with food safety.

Leaving one star because whenever I go to this particular store, they never have GF bread, so I literally cannot eat there as it is an allergy. I do not have this issue at other Jersey Mike locations. So I would say order more GF bread because this is unique to this Pickerington location.

Went tonight around 815 it was 3 people working 2 younger kids clearly and a older black guy maybe 30 or so. We ordered our food and at the last minute we asked for banana peppers to be added to our sandwich. He got rude with my girlfriend, didn't bag our food up , kept complaining about the added peppers and said next time he wont do it because that's not what bvb they do. Heres the kicker she never wanted the peppers cooked. I will be back up there tomorrow for sure.

This is the best Jersey Mike's location that I've gotten a sandwich from in Columbus.Unlike on Hill Rd/256, where I've had a long strand of hair in my mayonnaise.These young men/women do a great job.For sandwiches that look just like they do on the commercial, I highly recommend this location.
