Ordered 2 of the new toasted subs around 3pm for a 530pm pickup. Wanted to try their hot subs. Picked up at 535pm and they were not even warm. I paid but did not tip. There were 2young men working,and I told them I was going to give a tip,but the subs were obviously made way ahead so the subs were not even a little warm. Barely,if even toasted. With all thats wrong in the world,I know this isnt a big deal,but really wanted a hot Italian.
Ordered a sandwich after it was late they called me to tell me my order was stolen. When the food finally got to me the sandwich had no filling. A thin layer of meat no more than one slice deep at any point. If you have to remake my order that sucks, but don’t screw up the meal that cost 30 dollars to get because someone stole it and made u remake it. That’s the only reason I can imagine. I put A complaint in and nothing happened this was at the end of January, so don’t worry abt having to talk to someone if there’s an issue with your food. 100 percent got played by the delivery ppl (ordered through JJ app idk and idc which courier they chose) but u know what… they didn’t make the sandwich!
So if you want a little sandwich with a big price tag, lil’ jimmys has you covered!

Slowest Jimmy Johns I've ever gone to. It took 20 minutes from ordering to getting my 2 sandwiches. I think they had an issue with the bread, but they didn't communicate it with the customers. The sandwich was good as usual. However, the bottom seemed overcooked as it was hard and not soft as usual.
I think they may have been busier than they are used to as well. Hopefully, this was just a one-time fluke. I'd still go back and give them another chance.

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Day too of my order being incorrect. I had to actually waste more gas to go to the location. When I got there I was offered zero customer service. First the young lady working (no name tag) checked her phone before acknowledging me as a customer. Then she said absolutely nothing just blankly looked me as if to say “WHAT DO WANT”. There was zero apology for my time and money that was wasted on their mistake. Like I said I was offered nothing but silence and a re-make of the wrap. She even wasted food by just starting to make it and not asking what should be on it. Then handed me the wrap with attitude again in silence and a dirty look offering no thanks or apology for my inconvenience. I recommend people go to Jersey Mikes or Subway; but I won’t be patronizing jimmyjohns any longer. Horrible customer service and the quality of the food is lacking as well.
I hate giving bad reviews, but I seven minutes from this store, yet their "Freaky fast service" either ends up in a 40+ minute delivery or one that can't be delivered at all. I ask for delivery despite being so close because I have small children that can't be left alone. Not only do I get charged $4.99 for delivery on top of a sandwich that's 80% bread charged at $17.99, but I can't even get it in a timely manner. This is the last time I'll order from any Jimmy Johns because I'm sick of being overcharged for a sandwich that either can only be delivered an hour late or can't be delivered at all. Nobody should be ordering from Jimmy Johns. It's a half-assed establishment that doesn't seem to want to pay their employees a reasonable wage to give a crap about doing the bare minimum.

NO STARS – Terrible Experience!
If I could give zero stars, I would! Went to Jimmy John’s today and was completely disappointed. First off, when I walked in, NO ONE acknowledged me or even said hello. The staff was rude and clearly didn’t care about customer service at all. Then, to make matters worse, I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and guess what? No meat! How do you forget the main part of a sandwich?! I paid for a complete meal, and I get a bread-and-veggies sandwich with the meat on the side for me to put together on my own. Unacceptable!
Honestly, I should have gone next door to Jersey Mike’s where they actually know how to make a sandwich and treat people with respect. Jimmy John’s, you just lost a customer! Fix your service and your quality, because this was a joke.

Saved the day. Had to place a last minute catering order for a birthday. The staff was attentive and helpful. Store was clean, and food was great.
I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s since 2008 across multiple states. This store is hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. This last order, I’m finding random jalapeños and peppers on my sandwich (didn’t ask for them). I’ll be taking my business to the Pickerington location from now on. I’ve yet to have an issue there.
Store is clean and employees are so happy to serve customers. Really enjoy coming here!

very disappointing. placed order on line and called after 35 minutes to check the status and was told the driver had been out for 25 minutes with other deliveries and it would be another 20-25 minutes. I called back when it had been nearly an hour after placing my order and was told he had been back 10 minutes and they were making a few orders and then it would go out. needless to say I canceled my order and will not be ordering from this location again
