I normally don't complain like this. Monday April 13 @ approx 8pm we ordered a crispy bucket meal and a 5 piece tender meal. Got original half breaded and soggy, 4 out of 5 tenders (cold and forgot the sides). biscuits smashed into chicken bucket, napkins waded up and shoved in bag. Lets not forget the we're underpaid essential workers tip jar on the ledge of the drive thru window. I'm 52 and this was by far the worst experience ever / anywhere. Went to the Gender road location on Saturday. After we ordered, my wife had to go to the restroom. The bathroom was disgusting. Fecal matter on the toilet handles. Urine on the floor. The floors were covered in mouse crap. I could only imagine how the men’s restroom looked.
The cleanliness of the restrooms carried over into the rest of the restaurant. The ENTIRE restaurant was filthy. One of the employees was wiping herself down with a filthy towel in the food prep area....read full review
