The food we received was hot and fresh. However, it took 40 minutes to get our food and we were shorted six items. Yes, our fault for not checking before we pulled away from the drive-through, but after the treatment we had received by the woman working the speaker we just wanted to get out of there. We spoke with customer service and they offered a refund of nine dollars when they had shorted us $16 worth of food. We will not go back to this location. The service is terrible every time we go..

Got the barbecue chicken… don’t believe the pictures. What we ordered was extra crispy honey barbecue chicken. Lets start with the crispy part.. there was tiny bits of crispy soggy and hanging off the sides… and yeah soggy fried chicken… like it was cooked. Dipped into the barbecue sauce, then rinsed off in the sink….the skin was soggy. The sauce was watery…. It was awefull. I give kfc a chance every other year or so. Not sure how they manage to get worse and worse and still stay open.

Dont do it. Absolutely trash. The manager told me she cooked my food fresh. Sounds like a really nice woman but I will never be back. Be advised they do not do refunds. I dont trust them to cook for me. I'd rather just chalk it up as a loss.

I literally came to google search this KFC just so I could leave a review. Let me tell you. Last night I done an online order at this kfc. I ordered two of the seven piece family meals and a combo meal.
To be honest, the young man ( likely 18-20) did forget one of the combo meals at first. But I had gone inside to pick up, I let him know, and I have to say that this encounter was the most pleasant experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a very long time. He was polite, apologized, corrected the mistake, I said thank you very much. He apologized once again, said for us to have a good evening.
If I knew his name I would praise him but I do not. However I can say that he was young, had to be 18 to 20, he was African American, and he was small in stature with neck length I believe braids. If you see him in this kfc, give him some slack if he messes up! I believe there were no more than three people working in there and mistakes happen but this kid was amazing and had great customer service skills

I had a big order, the service counter was excellent. Cindy knew exactly what to do, I was kinda bummed their GM Rico was off, I could t mess with him while he worked. Great job!

The place is disgusting and the woman working acted like we was bothering her when we asked for lids because there was none out along with forks and napkins that we did not get because at normal places they put that stuff in with your food I can't believe KFC pays yall KFC you need to do some house cleaning all the way around someone needs to have the health department come in

Drive thru took 15 minutes to be able to order (with no one ahead of us) and had to start several times over because they kept telling me to wait. Took another 20 to receive our food and HALF OF IT IS MISSING. Absolutely terrible service.

I went to this KFC/Long John silvers and ordered over $30 worth of food after I paid. They told me I could not have hush puppies and if I wanted them I had to wait 30 minutes. I will never eat at this place again. Honestly, how long does it take to fry up some bread 60 seconds?

Slow service. They always pull you ahead in the drive thru and then make you wait over 10 min! I get pulling me forward because they just had to drop fish and the car behind just ordered a drink but this isn't the case. It's because they are under staffed or just slow

Hit or miss on the Long Jihn Silvers fish. Ask for a fresh drop and you will be better off.
