I went to this KFC/Long John silvers and ordered over $30 worth of food after I paid. They told me I could not have hush puppies and if I wanted them I had to wait 30 minutes. I will never eat at this place again. Honestly, how long does it take to fry up some bread 60 seconds?

Service was very fast...bird was very old. The colonel is usually top notch but this bird was sadly past its prime. Sad day...colonel sanders would've been ticked.

Slow service. They always pull you ahead in the drive thru and then make you wait over 10 min! I get pulling me forward because they just had to drop fish and the car behind just ordered a drink but this isn't the case. It's because they are under staffed or just slow

Horrible!!!! Ordered just a Famous Bowl w/extra cheese. It was $8, since when?! Quality was terrible. Total of 5 pieces of chicken that were stringy & tasted like they’ve been sitting all day. Also, the bowl was only filled halfway & did not have extra cheese that I paid for. I had already left when I opened the bag. The only good thing was the cashier was very friendly.

Got home and the honey and butter packets was inside my bucket of chicken. First off that's gross! Those packets are stored and then touched by the person in the windows handling money. Also, my biscuts were inside the bucket mixed with the chicken. One of my family members don't eat meat and was looking forward to them. I'm too exhausted to go back and wast my gas. I just threw it away because I dont trust protocol and hygiene is being followed. 31.00 wasted.

Ordered KFC for dinner and they messed the order up. Went back in to get it fix and was treated with nothing but attitude and disrespect telling me that I was the one who messed up and that they wouldn’t do anything to fix the order. Won’t be going back to KFC or this location for a very long time. Terrible customer service.

Your experience will depend on who is working that day. If there's a kid with an orange fedora working when you get there, there's a strong possibility the chicken will be excellent.
