10:30 pm Gender Road Kroger. As three people stand around and all three tell us that there are no cashiers available to check us out 🤷♀️ that only self check out was available. I don’t recall getting w-2 from Kroger. We left. Now maybe the three people standing around will have something to do until closing. So much for customer service.

Recently tried shopping. Entered at about 8:00 PM , approached checkouts at about 9:00 PM. Self checkouts with limited item checkout, only thing opened/ half of them, a line for. No manager teenager that says no cashiers after 8:00 PM. Forget you Kroger’s life time shopper going else where.

Placed a large order for curbside pick up this morning, got a called a few hours later cancelling my order due to short staffing. You can't just push a order back for later in the day, just cancel it completely? That is no way to keep customers. We will not be shopping here anymore.
