Drive thru Took our order, paid then they ask us to pull to the side with 3 other vehicle to wait for our order. Waited 18 minutes then they brought us our order. I got a out 10 french fries. They were friendly but slow, slow.

I just went there maybe 15 minutes ago and got lunch. I asked for one side of the crumbs because I am deeply in love with those crumbs. I can eat them by themselves. Anyway, instead of giving me one like I asked For they gave me three that right there is top notch not to mention. I never have any problems with their food.

Disgusting food waited in drive thru with wife for 10 mins just to order get sent around building to wait for 2 simple combo meals for another 45 mins. Go inside to see what is going on and if my food will ever come out just to find rude customer service a dirty kitchen and half ass food don’t waste your time on this place

Wow canal winchester. Just wow. Noone wanted to be at work thay day, you could tell! They were rude. The food was absolutely horrible. I will just make the trip to Heath for Long Johns.

Mother in law loves this place! I can't eat the fried food, so I just eat the green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. I usually pick something up for my wife at the grilled chicken place.

I was on the drive thru and they only had 1 employee working which is not the way a restaurant is supposed to be running! It was horrible and I didn't get no waffle lookin fries.

Waited at the counter for over 5 min, was never greeted, or told they'd be right with us. We're ignored when asking if dining room was open. Will not ever stop back at this location.

Food was okay but it took nearly 20 minutes to get a basic order. The staff got our order right but that wasn't the case for at least four orders I saw while I was waiting - three from drivers coming back in from the drive-thru and one from a couple that was dining-in two orders in front of us. The manager on staff acted accustomed to wrong orders. On each of the four wrong orders I witnessed, she just shrugged her shoulders and gave the missing items to the annoyed customers without investigating how the problem happened. At this location, you have to ask for all condiments- if you don't ask, you don't get them. It seems like a dirtier, limited version of the original Long John Silvers. "Dirtier" is actually an understatement. The place was disgustingly filthy. From the cobwebs in the dining area windows to the nasty unkept kitchen (in full view while ordering) to the bathrooms that appeared to have not been cleaned in months - this is a place not worth visiting. We won't be back.

Restaurant is FILTHY !!! Nats all around the beverage dispenser, the ice machine above dispenser was filthy. The floor had food all over it, ceiling vents filthy, windows filthy.
The 2 lady's working were outside smoking almost the entire time we dined in except for when someone came through the drive-thru. Food was nasty greasy and lady says boldly "WE'RE OUT OF KETCHUP" seriously what fast food place has no ketchup? This location has went downhill big time, I will never be back
