Sign says open till 11. I went at 830p and they say "fryers are not working". How convenient that 3 hours to go to till they close but they aren't able to make any food. Bet if I had ordered from Doordarsh where they can't lie the fryers would have magically been fixed.

We went in at 9 says closes at 11 she said mam we stopped making Long John A hour ago we have KFC I said you ran out she said No we have it just not for tonight we stopped cooking it Really you stopped making it at 8 and don't close till 11 I was Pissed because we drove all the way here for nothing how can you Stop cooking it way before you close it's crazyI don't even them a star but I had to

Employee was very friendly. She informed me there was a long wait ( 45 minutes) for hushpuppies. One of the reasons I stopped. Was offered a biscuit instead. Fish was very good.

Unbelievable. This is the most depressing excuse of a fast food meal I have ever seen. LJS you are a shell of what you used to be. The chick I was serve was equivalent to about two chicken McNuggets fused together. Each piece of fish was tiny and over cooked. And the shrimp…well throw some vintage sea monkeys in a deep fryer and that’s about the size of the shrimp that came with the meal. No fries anymore!?!? Seriously how is this chain still in business!?!

I placed it to go order and got down the road and I didn't have all of my food. It's a pain in the butt to have to go back, I wish that they would check that and make sure the people had their food. Will not be go back.

Food was kinda bland. Guy with the dreads at the drive thru was super nice! We're just passing thru so don't take my word for bland food. Could've been me.
BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We visited this location today, at the drive-through and ordered 2 meals and got charged for 3. Once noticed the simple mistake, we went inside to get the charges corrected, and not only they didn't want to reimburse the extra meal that we got charged for, but the manager was incredibly rude, belittled us and her own employee (she yelled "shut up" at the associate that was trying to sort this out for us). Because we ordered at the drive through, the manager insistently claimed that there was no proof that we got charged extra (even after reprinting the receipt).Horrible, horrible experience!

All I'm going to say is before it combined The Long John Silver's by itself was awesome great food customer service everything but now that they combined it's like they don't have enough people working and they got two different businesses going on at one time so yeah it's not it's not idea would I go there again that's a big hell no but I do like Long John Silver's and KFC just don't like it combine like that together it seems like the food is less quality and the service is s***** at best.
