I ordered a happy meal on our way to school, was given code RA36 for drivethru pick up. When I got to the speaker and gave code, he asked me to go to the 2nd window -they can help me there- went to 2nd window, showed my app, she said to go to the pick up window, thats where mgrs are. I get to the pick up window and I'm told order didn't go through. I show the app says order was paid and I sign on my bank, the payment is showing as pending. The girl walks away and comes back with a pic of a screen and shows me a box that says something about a conversation failing?? No idea what this means but I have the order on my app and it says paid and the bank shows the payment. I also get an emailed receipt with each order and I got that. At this point I thought I was already dealing with a mgr but another woman walks up and says my card was declined. I don't know to laugh or be offended- my card certainly did not decline. Ive shown the app, McDs email and my bank all say paid. Then she tells me that charge will probably be refunded. Again -what??? I said I just need the happy meal, I need to get her to school- she asked if I want her to charge me because my payment didnt come through. My mind is blown! Then she says theres a line can you pull up to the next window? Absolutely not. Shes not saying they will bring the happy meal so why would I pull up there with a 5 yr old and an 8 mo old in my car -to sit and wait on help that would never come?! She was acting angry instead of apologetic or helpful and the employees found it humorous. Finally yet another worker brought a happy meal and asked what drink. In the end, I guess I got what I paid for, with A LOT of rudeness, humiliation, and wasted time from an unprofessional and confrontational so called manager. I frequent the Gender Rd location and their staff is friendly, punctual, and professional -polar opposite of how Diley Rd just acted. Abhorrent and disgusting.

So I went to this McDonald’s before work. I come here a lot because it’s easy for me to get coffee. I pull up to the window and the coffee is black and I asked for a couple more creams they are super rude and tell me they already put two in and I said can I have two more? They continue to try to hand it to me and then they finally open some cream and the lady punctures the top with her thumb and her thumb goes directly into my cream with no gloves. She then proceeds to pour it into my iced coffee. Prettty unhappy right now with them. Prob won’t be back as I had to pour it out when I got to work.

Another fast food restaurant too focused on carry out. They redid the interior and now it has less seating, no drink fountain, and it looks like a bathroom. It’s very clear they want to automate everything and have as little customer service as possible. Go to the other Canal Winchester location where you can actually see workers and get your own drink.

Whoever is in charge of making sure food isn't stale, needs to check on them fries cause they weren't made within the past few hours that's for sure

Was there on a Sunday twice the guy taking order was rude and no apology or anything for every time he stoped talking and it was at least 4 to 5 minutes I left the drive thru after 20 minutes of try to order and the order on the screen wasn’t even right do not go here
We have visited this location often. It's close to where my wife and I work. We ordered on the app and I went to pick it up after work like many times before. I parked in my spot and she put in my spot number. The manager comes out and tells me I need to confirm. I told her we had and she very rudely kept telling me to confirm. She couldn't give us our food. My wife came over and showed there was no longer a a place to confirm. My wife also showed where we had paid. The manager argued with my wife so we left.
We called corporate just to get our money back. After multiple attempts the next couple weeks no money was returned. I called the owner and have received no response.
This location was sold in recent years as I knew the previous owner. It is obvious that the standards have slipped and customers are not taken care of. I recommend you go to a location owned by the previous owner.
I was given the wrong order 3x in 15 minutes. lol I can’t even be mad anymore, the incompetence is hilarious. Finding a McGriddle here is like digging for gold. On my 4th exchange, I got it finally!

I ordered food through the app. Manager told me to confirm my order and I showed her my app was messed up and I couldn't confirm the order but I was there and I paid. She said I didn't pay even though my bank said I did and I showed her my receipt. She refused to give me the food and the money is still gone from my account a week later!
Worst service ever! Mistakes on meals and manager was horrible! Ordered online and she made my husband drive back and forth 3x to get our two burgers. Pathetic!

I would say you go to McDonald's because it quick and cheap. It's not cheap any more. Dining room was dirty. My order was wrong. Fries were cold. Typical McDonald's.

I order curb side because every time I go through the drive through and order the same thing it’s a different price. But added bonus the sweetest boy brings my food to me. He’s so polite and always asks if I need anything else. He doesn’t just push the food into my hands.
This McDonald's double charged me, I have left them messages and none have been returned. 12 bucks for a sandwich and hashbrown. never again scammers
