2024: Still terrible. Very slow and rudeThe past few times, the wait has been extremely long. Always see kids screwing around inside from the drive thru window.Update: 1 year later. Dined in, still a train wreck. Slow service, mistakes. Here's the best part, they were out of ketchup.Update: 7/2023, still extremely slow.

Terrible drive thru experience. I ordered two kids meals. I asked for waters, the individual said “I have to charge you for those waters” I told him I don’t want the bottled waters. I want water in a kids cup for the kids meals. He continued to say that he wasn’t allowed to do that and that I would have to get a fountain drink. I was upset and reiterated that I don’t want my kids to have fountain drinks, I want water INSTEAD of a fountain drink for the kids drinks that COME with the kids meals. He insisted to argue with me telling “I’m not going to do that, the system won’t allow me to” so I just got HiC’s instead. Very upsetting that they don’t understand what customer service truly is.

I went through the drive-through twice in 2 weeks.The first time, I ordered a black coffee. They kept asking how many cream & sugar, and they messed up a couple of other items. Then I had to pull forward & when they brought the food out, it was someone else's order. They finally did get it right.The second time, they almost got the cheese on my quarter pounder, I had to scrape it off the box. Also, the bun for my husband's fish sandwich wasn't steamed, causing it to be tough & chewy.We don't typically eat McDonald's that often. I'll consider going to Lancaster or Canal over Diley next time.

Have gone to this location for years. Recently quality has gone down. Usual order is Big Mac and large fry. Fry box is half full every time and cold as well as the Big Mac. Also only getting one piece of cheese for the BM??

I thought it was closed when we drove up. Employees were hanging in the dining room like it was a breakroom. Not sure who were employees and who was friends or family. It was 930pm or so. We ordered at the kiosk and when the food came up they said they didn't have the ice cream dessert we ordered and asked if we wanted something else. We said no and asked why it wasn't available. They gave us a refund. They said the ice cream machine was down so the gave us a refund. The ice cream being down at a McDonald's is a joke everyone knows all across America. No one wants to work and keep it available until they close. Either get rid of the machine or change the culture. Whoever owns/manages this location is just mailing it in. Read the reviews. I'm stopping by again at same time in future and gonna order 16 ice cream desserts on the app before we get there. I will update the review with what happens after that.

I don't even know where to start. If I asked you, what size fries do you have, the menu board only mentions a medium? What are you hearing when I ask that question? I had to ask 7 or 8 times to the guy taling my order,he switched me to someone else (woman) who was equally confused, and I kid you not THE MANAGER WAS CONFUSED AND STARED AT MY PICTURE OF THEIR MENU BOARD TO VERIFY THAT THERE WERE NO OTHER PRICES LISTED AND HAD TO LOOK AT THE COMPUTER TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER! I have never been too concerned for our future as a country before but when an adult woman doesn't understand the question we are in trouble. Good grief. Never an apology and I realized they kept the receipt from me as well. When will I stop asking to be tortured at McDonald's?

The worst McDonald's on face of earth everything alway cold even if u complain the remake still cold would rather starve than pay for anything here (even my kids hate this location and refuse to eat there)

The guy that sings in the drive-thru is the best. Genuinely lifts my spirits when he hands me my food. Never change singing drive-thru worker.
