This location is an absolute joke.
I ordered through Postmates: a 6-piece nugget and a value meal. What did I get? A drink and nuggets. That’s it. No meal. Just disappointment and pure loser energy.
I get it — it’s McDonald’s, expectations are already low — but you’d think correctly packing a Postmates order would be within their basic grasp. Apparently not.
To really seal the insult, they tossed in a laughably small amount of BBQ sauce and ketchup. If you’re going to mess up an order this badly, maybe this isn’t the job for you.
It honestly feels like this location plays games with delivery orders, knowing they don’t have to face customers. Funny how this kind of nonsense never seems to happen when you’re standing inside the restaurant.
Save yourself the frustration. NEVER order from this location, especially through Postmates. They don’t care, they don’t double-check orders, and they clearly don’t respect customers’ time or money. Worst McDonald’s location.

Lied about being open 24 hrs. They all shuffled out of one car after I went up to the door and tried to go in since they had the drive thru closed. Pretty sure the entire crew had been in the car all their shift and only went in because someone showed up.

Absolutely diabolical the amount of attitude the lady had. Food was alright but the nerve this person had to be like “Do you think I can hear you?” (with teenage angst). My question was respectful and said in a respectful manner but when she said that so disrespectful. I don't know what possessed this woman shes from ohio shes not from anywhere threatening its ohio. No reason to act up like that. She had to get a new worker and mean mugged us like a bulldog staring at a chihuahua stealing his food.

The person had taking my order had an attitude when I asked to change my drink from a sprite to a coffee. Then when I got my order the buns were burnt. It’s a below 1 start experience all together for me. I didn’t even eat the food. As a breast feeding mother looking for something to put in my system for my baby can have some milk I was very disappointed by this.

Guess it matters who's working just left about 30 min ago and ordered a double fish sandwich ofcourse it's not and the bread is hard and cold. The fries are cold. Not worth driving back but I guess need to go at the times when the food has been fresh and made right to order.and no i live 8 mim away so it wasn't the drive home that made cold it's not even warm. It would atleast still be warm and my coke was flat all soda water . Had to stop at the other mcdonalds and get a fresh coke just all the way around a terrible meal . Not worth going back probably be the same. Definitely calling for Karen moment lmao

This location needs to be managed better. A customer was waiting 30 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers inside the restaurant. The employees said there's something wrong with their system that gives them orders.
I couldn't get anyone to help me directly and the manager told an employee to tell me to order off of the kiosk

I ordered a $5 meal and an iced coffee and my order was not ready at the window which was fine but it took much longer than it normally does at other mcdonald’s locations. not only that but the two girls working were talking about my coffee at the window and said “this looks nasty”. At least 3 people pulled out of line because their orders were taking too long. The people serving us were two girls with red hair

Coming to this mcdonald’s in the morning vs at night is two different worlds. It’s like disney land vs hell. Not even comparable. I’ve always had such pleasant experiences in the morning! I went this evening for a quick late night dinner and I was disappointed from the moment I got to the speaker to the time I unwrapped my precious snack wraps. While at the speaker the guy was rude, condescending and rushed my order. I pulled up to the window and he was on his cell phone talking to who I assume was either his partner or his mom because he said “okay okay i love you”. He got my order wrong and was very rude when throwing my extra sweet and sour sauces at me. I got home and unwrapped my snack wraps and they were not the ones I ordered. I usually don’t make google reviews but him being on his phone mid call while not paying attention to what was going on was the cherry on top of a horrible day. I hope whoever was on the phone told them they loved him too, because I would never.
