They are training new staff but they're so sweet be patient with them and they'll give you 110% and they actually got my coffee right when I go to the usual one where people have been there for a while that's something they can never do The staff was friendly the drive-thru was fast service was fast complete accuracy and everyone was smiling you can tell it's a great environment for its employees I would definitely recommend and I will be going back again

For a few years this location had terrible service, and I would always avoid it and go to the location on Diley Road, but at some point the team at this location became excellent! Order is always correct, hot, and fast.
Unfortunately McDonald's is price gouging. The quality of food is sub par and the pricing is now astronomical

The Richland Avenue staff are some of the kindest and warmest folks I’ve met. It may be McDonald’s, but the atmosphere is on par with favorite local establishments.

we placed 2 very small orders in the drive thru and when we got to the window to receive our food i got my shake and my fries and my friend was waiting on her smoothie and the worker was standing by the window looking n at the smoothie that was half full and when we asked why it was half full she slammed the window on us and gave us attitude when she brought out a full one

I was just in the drive thru with my husband, gave our order pulled up to first window to pay. Girl was nice but didn’t give us a receipt. We pulled up to the second window to get our food. The girl at the window asked my husband 3 time what our order was then proceeded to ask what our total was and if we had a receipt. She had us pulled up to the 3rd we have been sitting her for 10 min while a line of car behind is passing us. Finally someone came out handed him the bag with no acknowledgment of us. Before we left we checked our food. Two of my burgers were wrong. My husband did take the burgers to get the fixed. The guy who helped him was very nice about it.
