O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

The service was great and I found an item on the menu I had not seen anywhere - Shrimp and Grits. I asked for an extra helping of shrimp. I really enjoyed it.

We were meeting for lunch and wound up staying for hours. Staff was gracious and attentive!

Spicy jack cheese wedges were cold. Cheese didn't melt. Ordered chicken sandwich, chicken was cold, cheese not melted. Ordered sis of BBQ sauce and that was boiling hot. Waitress was nice and prompt. Whoever the cook was did a horrible job. Not planning on going back

It's good , just not what I thought it was....

The food was absolutely terrible. My steak was rubbery (even as a med rare), the broccoli was over seasoned, but the chicken tenders were good.

The only thing I didn't like is that the server take the bill, and if you pay cash, they have to go get the coins, if it's not only bills,

Can't rate food seeing we didn't eat. We were seated and forgotten about. 🙄🤣 After waiting 10 to 15 minutes of being walked by and ignored, we left.

The service at this specific location has always been excellent. My issue is with the food and the portion size for the money spent. This most recent visit, I ordered the steak and tenders combo. I realize it's only a 6oz sirloin, but when it arrived, it looked more like a 4oz. Even the other people at the table made comments on how small the combo meal was. The tenders, while good, were also very small. It seems like over the past several years, prices go up, portion size goes down. The best part of the meal was the chips & queso appetizer. I would highly recommend ordering them. I know that I'll return for future visits as the rest of my family enjoys this restaurant, but just wish I felt like I was getting a better value for money spent.

1st of all- Jacob answered the phone - I had a few ??? & what GREAT Customer Service! Charity was our Server/ Bar tender- she was FABULOUS! Our food, shrimp scampi pasta/ shrimp & grits did NOT disappoint! Had appetizers- spinach dip & fried pickles, both were yummy! And their ROLLS- very tasty! Drinks were good also, had house margaritas! Very good & $5!👍👍

Best experience the family has had on our weekend volleyball trips. Rachel rocked taking care of us. Thinking about stopping by for the weekend breakfast.

You can't get a lot of repeat business @ this location... my to-go order is ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING..... ALWAYS!! #sad
