The so-called 1/2 lb burger was maybe 1/4lb and the BBQ bourbon sauce slather everywhere making the bottom bun soggy and sticky. Also, two different sets of silverware were dirty or badly rinsed. On a good note, my server was very polite and attentive.

My country fried steak with gravy sat under a heat lamp for some time...the gravy had a thick skin by the time it got to me! Also, the first two bites were straight gristle, so I didn't dare take another! My mashed sweet potatoes also had a thick hard crust from sitting! My steamed broccoli was hardly steamed and was more raw! For the prices y'all are charging now (we paid 120 for 3 ppl), I would expect better food. We will never be back to this location. Also, you might want to fix that speaker cover ready to fall from the ceiling over by the hostess stand!!

Great service from miss Samantha (she don't work weekends) from the time we sat down til we left good food shrimp and grits awesome reasonable prices they went above and beyond for this experience please bring back the queso and chips that was my favorite

We lost our O'Charley's in Grove City I didn't even realize that this one was still there on gender road and what a pleasant surprise! Sunday afternoon prime rib it doesn't get any better than that The prime rib was perfect the service was perfect watching the game on the bar TV was perfect Great visit to O'Charley's on gender road!

Got seated immediately. Waitress got drinks right away.
I had Honey chicken breast with sweet mashed potatoes & broccoli. Everything was delicious, and waitress was very friendly and on top of her game.
Definately recommend this place for anytime.😍
