Have eaten here 6, 7 times and I have to say; It’s at least 6-7 times better than the other pandas around.

waited about an hour for food that was placed online. saw staff members walking outside and back in. multiple doordash orders were picked up before ours. Order said it would be ready at 8:15 but when we walked in at 8:15 they said they would “start it”. we didn’t get our food until 8:45 and the order was placed around 7:45. we walked back up to the counter and the food was just sitting behind them.

I got a bowl. One meat/veggie on top of noodles. There was ZERO chicken as it was all mushroom and zucchini. It was so oily it wasn’t even edible. I was too far away to turn around. C’mon guys.

First the staff is friendly no matter when you go. But it's also very cold inside the place no matter when you go as well. They also used burnt oil to cook the fried rice, you can't see it, but you know the burnt taste.

I've been here multiple times over the last few years and I've yet to have a bad experience. Food is always tasty, service is always good, facility itself is (usually) clean. No complaints here

The line was relatively quick , one lady had to wait for food. Over all the place is clean and spotless. The staff was great and one lady checked me out early to save time.

Lost count of how many times they've asked me to park and wait 20 minutes because they're out of something. After they charge my credit card, obviously.

This is the second time for cross contamination making me have an allergic reaction!

Never coming back to this location-Just picked up my order and took one bite of Beijing beef and then my second bite was going to be in into a piece with a bug 🐜 that was cooked with the Beijing beef. I would like a refund, please. Tried to report this but the customer feedback/complaint form does work.

The service was terrible. My mom wanted rice and noodles and they wouldn't let her get both We couldn't find any egg rolls. They didn't offer any sweet and sour chicken. And all the sauces were regulated. You had to ask for what you wanted and were only given about 3 or 4 little packets at a time. I'm used to getting sweet and sour sauce by the bowl and we were regulated to about 10 packets (the size of ketchup packets). The noodles were dry, tasteless, and needed salt (no way was I asking for any salt. They probably would have changed us for each packet). I liked the orange chicken but mom did like it, but they didn't have what she normally gets. All in all we didn't care for it. I won't be going back any time soon. Oh and the kid who took our order was rude. He's the one who wouldn't let mom get both the rice and noodles. I think he was new. Someone should have been helping him.

Messed up order. when corrected it was still messed up. The customer service sucked and everyone had an attitude. Never coming here EVER AGAIN!
