I love Panera; but these guys are not it. Poor service. Sandwich I got didn’t have anything on it…. Food did not taste good at all. Our sandwich did not have anything on it?? The soup was great until we found what look like hair in it. I do not recommend these guys.

Get the chicken frontega sandwich and a salad. You can’t go wrong. The young lady working the drive through was a pleasant surprise as her customer service was superb!

What happened? Real sliced in-house turkey has been replaced with soggy bagged turkey that has NO flavor or texture. The bacon is 1/4th the thickness with no crunch. The avocado spread is watery and clearly now processed. And why is the bread thinner and softer? The drinks watered down? I'm actually heartbroken; Panera was my favorite and as of now, after a decade of obsession, I'm out.

I will never use panera delivery ever again. Just got home from the hospital, first night back with a newborn and needed food. Thought panera would be a good idea but when the delivery came they gave the driver the wrong information and we didn't get the right food. Driver called panera in canal Winchester and they pretty much told the driving sucks for you and told him that we get a credit on the app. This is not something anyone with a crying newborn or anyone needing to get reliable food when you can't leave the house. This is the worst experience ever. Thank you for ruining panera, I will never order a meal from the panera app ever again and I will also let my neighbors that this app to this panera is the worst business to patron

Food is usually pretty solid here. Panera consistently has good quality food. At this location the drive-thru person, I think his name is Matthew, is rude, and I have witnessed it on multiple occasions. Customer service is of utmost importance. I will not be returning here for some time as I hope they will improve their customer relations. The staff could use correction and perhaps training in this area.
