Leeanna catered lunch for all of us teachers, and she truly went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I was lucky enough to win a drawing for catered food for up to 10 people, and I couldn’t have been happier to share it with my coworkers and myself. It was such a treat for our whole team. I would highly recommend catering through Leeanna, she made the experience special from start to finish!

This Panera location has become one of my go-to spots! The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Sometimes the hours can be a little unusual due to staffing, but honestly, the good service and tasty food more than make up for it.

Favorites worth calling out: the Cranberry Orange Cake Slice, the Kitchen Sink Cookie, and especially the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. Pair any of those with their refreshing fruity teas, seasonal drinks, or a solid coffee, and you’ve got a perfect combo.

All in all, it’s a great Panera with a positive vibe. Definitely recommend this spot!

Slowest Panera we've been to. Tonight it took 11 minutes to get 2 basic sandwiches. Mind you, there were 5 employees and no one in front of us in line.

It’s 6:37 and the food is out of its refrigerated trays and placed on a rolling cart where they are making food at room temp. It’s 98 outside and kitchen area is not cool. The store closes at 8pm.🤷🏼‍♂️ The associates need a lesson in “Safe Serve” health department education.

We ordered 2 pick twos The first one was French onion soup with the cheesesteak ciabatta and Italiano sandwich and chicken noodle soup. The drinks were a chai tea latte café latte . A French onion soup Pat no asiago cheese as is described in the description and pictured on the website and the Philly cheesesteak had absolutely the bare minimum amount of meat on it so you could even call it a cheesesteak as opposed to a cheese sandwich. The cashier was not friendly and helpful. The café latte only tastes not any different than coffee with cream. For over $40 I expected my soup to have the cheese on it and I expected meat in my sandwich since it’s called a cheese steak sandwich.

Very unfortunate experience - pulled through the drive through ordered a bowl of soup had a cup in the bag, asked them to bring a bowl, they did. But then I had a $5 off and they applied the $10 off I went around in the rain with my child to ask the manager to fix it & apply the correct coupon. Not only was he extremely rude but he refused to refund the order completely and became very aggressive. I felt very threatened as I had my infant in my hand & I called the police. All was resolved after they arrived but I just really don’t understand why people are so mean & hateful as this manager was. I asked him on 3 separate occasions to just do a full refund in which he refused as the other staff laughed as he disrespected me. The most hurtful thing is the main person laughing was the young lady who took my order and incorrectly applied my sip club & coupon but they are young so they will learn very soon with other encounters with customers that don’t show kindness in the midst of blatant disrespect and instead react with further aggression & violence.
