Penn Station East Coast Subs

Great food and very good service from the staff. I had specific instructions on how to prepare my sandwich and they were spot on! I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

Ordered in 2 off the grill subs, we waited 25 mins. While waiting we asked the person working if the subs were put on the grill we were told yes. Once we got home we realized both subs were cold and were never put on the grill. Dont understand how you can spend 45$ at an establishment just for your order to be wrong and to be lied to. Will never eat at this penn station again.

Ordered on line twice in 1 week . Arrive on time and I can see my order is ready . Stand there for 10 minutes plus and no one acknowledges you are there. . Very poor service . Not friendly . Will not be going back .

Great prices friendly staff large portions from me to healthy to vegetarian to Cato they have everything for everyone there's plenty of seating it's very clean they have great beverages to choose from just such a large variety you can't get bored I'd recommend it to anyone

The atmosphere was OK. Not great.

Welcomed as soon as we walked by the store. Got the order, then they brought our food then checked on us. Great customer service. This is definitely a great place.

Get double the meat on the cheese steak

We stopped while traveling through town. It was crowded at the time and the staff did an incredible job managing the large quantity of orders while still maintaining accuracy and doing it with a genuine smile!

I've had the Italian, Chicken Parmesan and Reuben Subs. They're so delicious! If you haven't, you gotta try their subs!

Ladies room was completely out of soap. Told a person working there, he went back there but when i.went back in to wash.my hands after eating the soap was STILL out!

Sometimes they don’t bother to actually make the sandwiches. Right off the grill and into the bag no lettuce, no tomato, no fixings or anything.

Decent food but the SLOWEST service. Was there Friday night and had 3 employees working and it took nearly 25 minutes for 3 subs with one order ahead of me. Do not go here if you are in a hurry.
