Get my food a few mins late, but clearly the pizza is uncooked. The dough is not fully cook and is probably not safe to eat. (I didn't order lite bake) actually ordered well done.
Wings were good. Thank God.
Still cost me $50 bucks
on hold forever, female "mgmt" yells at me after playing the "hello" game...
She tells me they don't even have their own delivery drivers. Why am I not ordering through doordash if that's who is going to be 50% responsibility for our food.
I should be enjoying pizza, instead im cooking mine that I paid someone else to do already.
Take your money and order elsewhere.

Placed an order at 1 PM today and was notified that my order would be here by 2 PM. At 2pm I called the number and Stayed on hold for an entire 45 minutes. While I was Waiting for someone to answer I decided to take a ride up there in case they were busy. When I arrived, I was met with a locked door. The lady at the front was yelling at me through the door and would not open the door, even though I told her that I placed an order and was waiting for my order. She eventually opened the door and angrily explained that they do not open until three and she canceled all of the orders that were placed before 2 PM. She didn’t want to give me a receipt showing that she canceled the order, but I explained to her that I need proof that I would get a refund since they took my money. I am a frequent customer here so this was very disheartening. I’ll go to the Pickerington location from now on.
I'm in the middle of waiting for an order. Placed a deliver order at 6:05, it said it would deliver between 6:50-7:05. Said the order had been received and was being prepared. Also notified that a dasher was on the way to the store to pick up and deliver.
At 7:15 I check and the dasher is still waiting for the order at the store. I wait until 7:30 and reach out to online chat and am advised I have to call the store directly. I find the stores phone number on Google and do so. A Hispanic man answered the phone, I asked what the status of my order was and he said "this is a call center, I will transfer you to the store", puts me on hold and I waited 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Upon calling back, it gives me an auto-update that my order is received and being prepared.
It's been almost 2 hours, and now I can't even get connected to a person to cancel my order.
3 Dashers later and I just received a text that my order has been picked up - here's hoping we get food soon and it's actually correct and edible.
Don't order from them. This is my first time getting pizza hut in years and I'm immediately reminded why I stopped.

A bit of a wait which didn't bother me too much because there was only one staff doing everything along with training a person. Great customer service. My only complaint was that she was not wearing gloves when she was making the food.

Pizza didn’t come out pretty. Looked like Sloth from the Goonies honestly. Aside from presentation, it just tasted okay. I feel like the one in Pickerington does a better job even if they jacked up my very first order from them.

The dough was not cooked enough. The bread sticks was not even seasoned. This location is terrible. Better off going to another Pizza Hut location or to a different pizza shop.

Ordered through their app over an hour before they closed. The tracker got an eta, confirmed order, and said it was in the oven. When eta hit and no pizza, I called and couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store but customer service said it was cancelled

Doordash always delivers their pizza and it's never on-time, and always incredibly slow. Current dasher has been sitting at the same location for 15 minutes now after leaving the store

I placed a pick up order and showed up at the store at 10:20. The order was marked complete on my app. We tried to go in and the doors were locked when their website and door says they close at 11. Wasn’t able to contact anyone to remedy this.

I ordered a pizza using the phone ap like I always do. The order never arrived. I called the store after an hour and a half and found out my order was cancelled because they didn’t have the dough to make my pizza. No notification from the store and a manager with an attitude. I was told it was Saturday night and they were busy. I’m a frequent customer and was shocked by the complete lack of customer service. Very disappointing. Do Better.

Placed order at 6:45....delivery at 7:37... called at 7:45...new eta 8:01...waited on phone for 22 minutes....no answer...went to store to resolve...was told last pizza was in oven...oops, all pizzas cold....can remake in 30 minutes....no discount offered....never again
