Terrible customer service!! Big Black Lightskinned guy with small afro and Tattoo on ankle did not speak and just slid the order on counter as if he was annoyed. He should be FIRED!

Ordered for delivery and ended up calling because it would never move from preparing status, called and said they couldn’t fulfill any more orders asked to get my money back and said I would have to call back next day. Went online and shows store is open and the delivery time was 25 minutes but yet they aren’t fulfilling more orders ??????

I ordered online pickup, I ended up having car issues and couldn’t make it to the restaurant. I called and they were generous enough to deliver it to me with no additional charge. We appreciate the service and accommodation!

We order from this Pizza Hut quite a bit. The last time the pizza was undercooked but it seemed good enough to eat. Today, we ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and a two liter soda. Both pizzas were raw. They were so bad I ended up cooking them the rest of the way in our oven. The bread sticks were fine. They didn't send our two liter either. I keep saying I'm done with this store and yet keep trying them months later, assuming they would have fixed it by this time

This is Terrible. Show up and they’re so busy that employees are just standing and complaining about being too busy—- but doing NOTHING!! Phones ringing nonstop and wouldn’t even answer. My pizza isn’t even cooked all the way through. No shake or coating on the cheesy bites. This pizza was bland, undercooked and service is terrible every time we have issues at this location!!

They route your order through door dash and then you never know if you are going to receive your order or not. Waited over an hour just to be told they didn’t have any drivers for my order to be delivered. What a joke!

Get my food a few mins late, but clearly the pizza is uncooked. The dough is not fully cook and is probably not safe to eat. (I didn't order lite bake) actually ordered well done.
Wings were good. Thank God.

Still cost me $50 bucks
on hold forever, female "mgmt" yells at me after playing the "hello" game...

She tells me they don't even have their own delivery drivers. Why am I not ordering through doordash if that's who is going to be 50% responsibility for our food.

I should be enjoying pizza, instead im cooking mine that I paid someone else to do already.

Take your money and order elsewhere.
