Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My wife stopped to get some boneless wings & fries on her way home. Waited over 30 minutes to get the food thru the drivethru. Got home to find out that they had completely messed up the order. The wings re-grew their bones and were covered in weak BBQ sauce instead of the hot & spicy she ordered.
I could have made better food in less time after she got home. And the fries were soggy with grease.
ZERO stars.

They pretend and act like they're closed 2 hours till they actually close. Everyone inside just sits in the lobby on their phones. Don't go here, or trust this place with your food.

I received the worst service ever from a Popeyes Restaurant. Employees don't know their products, he tried to over charge me for the Fansville Wing Deal - 12pc wing w/ free drink for $20.00. As a customer I have every right to question the legitimacy of the sale. Employee and manager both RUDE!

The kid working the window was terrible at customer service and forgot our drink. Sandwiches were too greasy and way too much mayo so my sandwich was falling apart, also it was over half fry bread and less than half chicken…. Fries were also cold. I should prob call the health dept tbh

Usually very good. But old biscuits overcooked tenders and chicken. Fries were okay . Coleslaw kind of warm so that was a pass. Sweet tea was awesome apple pie pretty good. Have them a few weeks ago and it was excellent so really wish we could do away with all this hit and miss. They are not exactly cheap. So three Tinder boxes eight piece chicken six-piece tender and 80% of it was unedible. I'm tired of calling restaurants to tell them they suck I'm just going to put the Google review up

We love the chicken here! Also the Mac & Cheese, and biscuits. The fries aren’t our favorite though. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Miss Gale is the best! Always so friendly to my daughter and me!
Last thing: When it gets busy, it might not be the fastest restaurant, but the friendliness of the staff, and quality of food are worth it!

This Popeyes is weird. We asked for two Bbq. They didn’t give it to us. When I asked for it, they tried to charge me for it but I already paid on the order.

Traveling through on my way home decided to get some food and when I started heading home I realized no utensils so I went back to get some and they said they ran out... that would've been nice to know at the drive thru window or send someone to dollar store for some utensils I mean it's really simple to solve the issue instead of that we blame it on the fact of the truck not coming today.. lol food is good just couldn't believe them sending people off with mashed potatoes with no way to eat it.

Went to the drive thru lady taking order was so rude and disrespectful that after our 12 min in line wait her attitude made us pull off and we got food from somewhere else

Fast & friendly service, my spicy chicken sandwich was awesome and I recommend their frozen strawberry lemonade. It's tart and sweet! My favorite. Budget friendly!

If I could give 0 stars I would every time I have been here they ignore you for 20 mins before they decide if they want to take your order. I would hate to say they racially profile but I’m Hispanic and have been treated extremely poorly here every visit.
