I specifically said no wings. When I received my eight piece box there were five wings. Wings are nothing but trash. The other pieces of chicken in my box were old and overcooked. I wish I would have checked my box before I left the drive-thru and drove 20 miles home. I should have known something was wrong when they did not give me my receipt with my change.

Confession. This was first time eating at Popeyes. The restaurant was very clean! That is not what blew me away. We had Gale as our host. I told her this was my first time eating here. She was just the absolute sweetest. Not only was she personable, she was patient, and even suggested Some things we could get. As a single Mom who was trying to stay within budget, she did just that. She made our evening so much better. If you happen to be in Canal and visit Gale. She's a one in a million!!! ❤️? Thank You, Gale!! The food is beyond amazing!!!

We got a online order last night. We picked it up in the drive thru. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The order was complete and correct. They even made sure there was napkins and utensils. The food was perfect hot very fresh and oh so tasty. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Customers should not be shouldered with the burden of calming down the manager when they lose their cool over a customer who politely asks for a refund. After waiting for 15 minutes for food we were told would take four minutes to prepare, I calmly and politely entered the store to check on things. Manager threw her hands up in the air, said "Here we go..." and proceeded to heckle and berate me for being impatient, in her opinion. I politely requested a refund after this experience, and she began pacing the store in anger, loudly talking about how frustrated she is at me and how I was being unreasonable. Other employees had to calm her down, and one apologized to me for her behavior.It felt like she wanted a fight when I walked in the door, so I refused to give it to her.

Unfortunately the food was really greasy and what use to be my favorite chicken sandwich is not anymore they didn't have sauce or really anything it tasted like a grease sandwich maybe if I get my trust back I'll try again at a different location but here never

The food here is a good as expected. If you haven't been here the chicken sandwiches are really good, and the chicken meals in general are really good. All of the wings are spicy, even the roasted garlic parmesan. The sides (mac & cheese, mashed potatoes), the bisquits, and the little pies are worth trying. This location rarely has any clean tables, and in general needs some cleaning inside (that's why this is four stars for me).

We have eaten their 12 wing combo for $15.99 and the consistency is the issue when it’s done right it’s out of sight however when individuals get into the mix it’s goes all kinda no no!! They make up their own everything they will charge you for sauce that should be on the chicken, lol you must specify with the combo what size frt you want and previously we did not have to say a word just receive the deliciousness now we are paying for the dumb. The sauce is good however it is not coating the chicken it’s drizzled the commercial will have you thinking the chicken is fried then tossed in sauce, it’s not!So when you tell them to coat the chicken they think it’s extra sauce and charge you. What the Fried chicken for??The combo comes with fries 12 wings and a drink we always get four biscuits ask them for honey because you might not get it. GET IT TOGETHER POPEYES, right now. Love that chicken from Popeyes but your staff and consistency??
