Good food! Great service. Tried the chicken fajita omelet, crab cake Benny, carrot cake pa. Cakes, pumpkin French toast, shrimp and grits. All very delicious 😋 would recommend to everyone! Also pretty clean.

We walked in amd got seated pretty quick. Yes it is Thanksgiving morning, after getting seated, was told someone will be with you in a few. 23 minutes later still no drink order, nothing. This is after I another waiter we had been there 15 minutes and noone has took our drink order. They were not that busy. Empty tables everywhere. We decided to leave. I told another server we was leaving and her attitude was like she didnt even care. We have been to this location one other time and had great service.this time sucked. We wont be back. We are not from here, we work in the area.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was not greeted when I walked in. The host “Ann” was very dismissive, unwelcoming and flat out nasty. Not somebody who should be in customer service let alone a people facing environment. When I asked to speak to a manager about Miscommunication, ANN continued to argue with me in front of customers and be unprofessional. The assistant manager did not deescalate the situation instead allowed the employee to continue over talking me and her and sitting at the hostess stand. Overall not satisfied with the way I was treated and I will not be coming back. I’m supposed to be expecting a refund so I will see if that is indeed granted.

Like to go to Scramblers whenever we visit Columbus. The food is delicious and the servings are generous. The service is friendly but they do get busy at peak times.

Go to the scramblers in Reynoldsburg instead. This scramblers ALWAYS forgets your order. If you order in person you have to come back because they forgot something if you order DoorDash the only give the dasher half the order. It’s typically simple orders and they always forget. The other scramblers are WAY MORE CONSISTENT DO NOT ORDER PICKUP OR DELIVER FROM THE CANAL WINCHESTER SCRAMBLERS
