I was there at 2:15 on 02/28 and the lady taking the order at the drive thru couldn't hear me. I have laryngitis so I pulled up to the window. She was annoyed when I started to order and said she still couldn't hear me. When I asked her a question she answered appropriately" like she heard me" and then said I still can't hear you. I said something again and she answered but she was so rude I didn't end up ordering anything because of how she treated me and rolling her eyes. ???I drove away

Come to this place often have no problems.I noticed picking up my order the lady had her nose in my smoothie .Did it 3 times let’s not do this anymore please.Other then that it’s a good franchise.

We go a lot and everyone is usally every sweet but today however in the drive through line has ridiculously rude to me and my husband. It shocked both of us.

I love this location! They always take extra care to make sure everything is correct.I was just there earlier today, and they were having a problem with their printer they said, so I was unable to order via the app, and they had to close the lobby, and they drove all of their customers through a single point, the drive-through. Sounds like a recipe for disaster, but they were keeping their cool taken care of everybody as they could, and ensuring that all orders were accurate.We can’t be mad when systems fail, especially when people overcome those obstacles. Great job, great team, great location!
Geraldine has a specialty in customer service. Service was quick, Friendly, Efficient and also informative. I love being aware of the specials prior to ordering as well. I'll go out of my way to frequent this location again :)
Yummy smoothie. The medium is more like a large! Got the Apple one with multivitamin Enhancer plus pineapple. Yummy! Young girl at window was very patient and super courteous!
Friendly folks and good drinks. I am on a “no added sugar” diet (which thankfully is now able to be easily distinguished from naturally occurring sugars) and I am happy to report that Smoothie King has a number of options without added sugars. I am likely to return! (p.s. I got the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate)
