I can't believe this Starbucks is still in business, the order is wrong half the time. Even stopped ordering sweetener and creamer to try to simplify and minimize the mistakes, but they can't even use the right espresso.

This is the slowest Starbucks in central Ohio. Staff is super nice but something needs to be fixed. 4:30 on a Tuesday, 25 mins to get coffee, crazy!

I travel throughout Ohio, Virginia and Pennsylvania-this is consistently the worst performing Starbucks. I do NOT enjoy posting anything negative-but it is the truth. I waited 24 minutes in line for no good reason-the matcha was tastless and primarily milk-I wasted so much $$$$. I thought I would try this location once again since it had been over 6 months-instead of getting any better-it actually got worse. Corporate truly needs QA and revisiting basic barista skills including greeting customers. Sorry-this is the location to avoid.....I agree with many of the other posts outlining negative experiences.

Stopped in for a late night sweet treat! Kindall was so kind to us! She made us our drinks and then made us a small drink to try (which was great) I think her personality was enough to go back! THANK YOUUUUU

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I've experienced. Have to remember when I'm down here not to stop at this one lol Wait times are awful compared to every other location. 🫤

My drink was just misunderstood (tried to push through drinking and fixing it up) and called to speak about it and Kendell was very very kind about getting me a remake for when I could come back thank you for the great service !

The workers are really sweet and do their jobs with passion. I appreciate how well they treat me. Give these workers a raise for the unnecessary bull they have to deal with especially since the BEARista cups came out and obnoxious customers are taking up parking spaces and filling up the drive thru line out to the streets. It’s a plastic teddy bear people. Get a grip. Pathetic.

I felt very welcomed. Everybody was so nice. Very busy so I had to wait a moment but that was okay because I was treated like a person and not just an object with money LMFAO I'll definitely be coming back here every time I'm in this area five out of five I appreciate everybody who was working today
